- Suki's pov -

"Otohiko! Yeesh, you forgot yesterday so today could you please give me a shikagami egg?" He nodded and handed me a small egg. I grinned and slipped it into my yellow kimono with purple clouds on it.

"There you go." I nodded in thanks.

"I bet you can't wait for the party tonight." He nodded and grinned at me.

"Yep! I'm making sure you dress pretty for it too!" I pouted.

"I'll be fine. I wasn't planning on going anyways." He gasped at me.

"Why not?" I shrugged.

"You know I don't like parties and also Mikage is suppose to be visiting me tonight and I wanna talk to him." He rolled his eyes.

"Fine you can talk to him but right after you have to come to the party or I will drag you there!" I nodded and waved goodbye over my shoulder.

"I'm going to go see Nanami. I got her something while we were shopping yesterday that I know she would like!" I walked down the hallway and knocked on the door. I heard a 'come in' and opened the door. Nanami was laying on her blankets looking as happy as possible.

"Whoa,what made you so happy?" She smiled at me.

"Tomoe is my Familiar again!" I grinned at her and handed her the figurine.

"Well, let this make you happier if that's possible. I didn't think you would be able to go shopping in town so I bought this for you just in case. Hope you like it." She took the green fox and smiled.

"Is this suppose to be because I like Tomoe?" I nodded and smiled at her.

"Along with being a good luck charm." She hugged me.

"Thanks Suki-chan!" I hugged her back.

"You're welcome Nanami and don't worry about Tomoe never liking you. If he saved you even after he was no longer a familiar and became your familiar again then that means he has at least some feelings for you." She looked at me.

"Really?" I nodded and she smiled again.

"When this is over how about you go to school with us Suki? I could use another friend at school, that's a girl at least." I raised an eyebrow.

"How many guys are you friends with?" She laughed and rubbed the back on her head.

"Too many to me. Let's go get something to eat without mushrooms in it. That's all Tomoe has given me. He loves to torture me." I chuckled and nodded as we left the room.

- time skip -

I sat down by Mikage and hugged him as he offered me a cup of tea, which I gladly took.

"Hiya Mikagi-nii!" He smiled at me.

"Hello Suki-chan. You seem to be in a good mood despite what has happened to you this week." I pointed an accusing finger at him.

"You've been spying on me all week!" He laughed and shook his head.

"I have been watching our new land God. She seems to be doing just fine." I nodded.

"Need another spy? By the way, here comes Nanami." Nanami ran up to us in a beautiful Kimono. She started asking Mikage a bunch of questions which I tuned out. Why was I attacked yesterday by Akura-Oo? Does he want me to get his body back? Maybe he thinks if he kills me then he can become a god?

"Mikage-Sama!" We all looked to see Tomoe coming towards us. Mikage waved goodbye before disappearing. Aww, I wanted to spend more time with him, stupid Tomoe.
