Mackenzie was in the kitchen on the phone while looking down at her book with all the designs she had planned for the current house while also being on the phone with the contractor. Nine in the morning and she's already stressed, the owners decided late at night the night before to change the already finished design of their kitchen.
So now, she has to change the design with the help of her contractor and get it done all within the time span of the planned completion. Instead of being two weeks behind due to a disagreement in the bedroom and small backyard designs, she's now a whole month behind. Which costs money the longer delays and redesigns are prolonged.
She had just got off the phone with the companies of the products needed and luckily for her they could have all the materials delivered within a good time frame.
One thing less to stress about.
Then there was her dad and his new found heart condition where he now has to go in for open heart surgery.
