Episode 9: Halloween Prank

Nik's POV

I wake up in a movie theater after getting my neck snapped by ex-girlfriend. "Addison," I say as I see a dark figure start approaching. I try to get up but my hands are chained tot he seat. My eyes glow yellow and the chains break after I pull

"Hello Nik," Addison walking up to me. "Inteo." I place a barrier in front of me, preventing her from touching me. "Relax, this is all a prank, and I need you in on it." I release the spell. "I'm pranking the entire school that I flipped my humanity witch. I have Lizzie, Josie, and Grace in on it."  

"Fine, I'll help." She smiles and walks with me out of the doors. We go to the school and she starts making the lights flicker on and off with her magic. I go towards my room so nobody knows I'm on the prank.

Dr. Saltzman comes out with his crossbow, aiming it at her. "Look I don't wanna hurt you Addison." "Oh that's too bad, cause I really want to kill you instead." She grabs him by the neck and throws him at a wall but not to hard. 

She gets past him and goes for a random girl. "You flirted with my ex when I was in a relationship, now you'll be my first kill." She made her float with her magic and started to choke her. This was my part. I rush towards Addison and makes her fall causing her spell to stop. 

She then speeds away out the door. I help of the girl she choked. "Are you ok?" "Yeah, but I never flirted with you, what is she talking about." "I don't know, but all I know is that we need her humanity on quick. I leave out and go to a store that she was standing by. "That was soo cool." " I know right. My plan was good and I even set up a party that I'll lead them too. But the party is tomorrow." I nod and we get inside her car, heading towards the place that the party was. 

I help her set up the party. I take out the bat shaped stickers from the box and go towards a wall. I place about 4-6 stickers on each wall. She comes through the door with a huge cake and sits it on the table.

"You don't think that's a little too much." "Nope, there's gonna be  a lot of people, I even got another one." I take out more decorations and place them around the place. I put up a banner that said 'Welcome Students to the Salvatore Boarding School Halloween Party' with witches, wolves and vampires on it.

"Grace, Lizzie and Jo should be on there way here," Addison while helping me put up the banner.

Lizzie, Josie and Grace arrive at the building we were in. Lizzie starts to put the cups, plates and forks/spoons on the table. Grace and Josie were in the back cooking food. I hope it taste good this time. At Hope's 15 birthday party, Josie's food tasted kinda terrible. They were making meatballs(Italian), baked beans, sandwiches, spaghetti, and, some kind of weird flavored applesauce. 

I finish putting up decorations and start to put the tables out. I set up and decorate about five tables then take a break. I go into the kitchen and check up on Josie and Grace. They had only cooked the beans and spaghetti. "Guys it's been about an hour." "Cooking for a lot of people is hard work Nik ya know," Grace said. "Right," I say walking out. 

"Chop chop people, this has to be ready by tomorrow," Lizzie says trying to be the boss. "Lizzie you do know that this is not even your prank or idea, right," I say lifting one of my eyebrows. "I really don't care Nik," she says. She pulls out another table and signals for me to help her. 

We finish the tables in about an hour and a half. We had about 15 table done. Josie and Grace had finished the food and had let it sit on the stove to stay warm. And no the setting wasn't high so no fire. 

It was now  12:00 O'clock in the morning. We all go to our rooms inside the school, well except for Addison, she check in at an hotel near.

It was 9:37 and I  was in my 4th period class. Suddenly the class hears something knock down in the hallway. It had to be Addison with the other part of the prank. Dr. Saltzman came out and had his crossbow as always.

"I love when you have that crossbow Dr.-------, I mean Alaric," Addison said cocking her head. Dr. Saltzman shot the arrow but Addison caught it. "Catch me if you can." She vamp sped out the door. 

I sneak out the back door of the school and go back to building. "They'll locate me and they'll be lead here. Lizzie, Josie and Grace are helping Hope with the locator spell I think and it should all go as plan.

Hope's POV

I start chanting a locator spell with Josie, Lizzie and Grace to find Addison. We start to get visions of a building. "Come on let's go, " Grace said. "What about NIk?" "He's meeting us there."

The whole school come with us because all the teacher came with because there magic would be useful. This was Addison first time turning it off and she might be really strong. We walk in and the light turn on. "HAPPY HALLOWEEN," I hear Addison, Nik, Grace, Lizzie, and Josie say. 

"Wait so it's all a Halloween prank?" "Yep" "Well looks like I fell for it." We laugh and party. I got to taste to full and surprisingly it taste good this time. "Best year ever," I say to my friends.
