1| meeting

" Okay Meredith, just stand still and let me take a look at you," my father said as he stood back and looked at me

"I don't care how I look, I look fine," I said

"Meredith, this is an important client, you have to look you're best," he said

"I don't know why, he's you're client not mine

"Even then, it's still important"

"Not to me, it isn't

I went downstairs and into the kitchen and ate some strawberries, and then there was a knock at the door
I would answer it but I don't care about who it is

"Dad, someone's here for you," I said as he came downstairs

"Took them long enough" he sighed

I rolled my eyes and went back into the kitchen and waited for my mom to get back from work. After a bit, I heard my dad call out my name so I went into the dining room to see what he wanted

"Yes, dad?" I asked trying to seem as sweet as possible

"This is my beautiful daughter, Meredith" my father smiled and pushed me towards the older man as he reached his hand out to shake and I shook his hand

"It's nice to meet you, Meredith, I'm Finn " she smiled and I returned the smile. Here's my father was using me to get another client as usual.

After we made small talk I went back into the kitchen hoping my mom would be home soon and as I was walking down the hallway I bumped into a muscular figure

"Oh, I'm so sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going," I said quickly as I stabled myself

"Don't worry about it" he stood straight up and smiled at me. He had beautiful black hair and piercings blue eyes as he was wearing a black suit.

"No, I mean it I should have been more careful-" I started but he soon cut me off

"No, seriously, it's fine, love," I said which made my cheek turn red and I looked down hoping he wouldn't notice

"Don't worry" he said and then leaned down and whispered in my ear "I think you're cute when you blush" and then walked back out to where my father and the other man were.

That man was much older than me, but damn he is finer than a glass of wine. And You know what they say about wine ' the older the tastier' i thought and then went back up to my bedroom and took a cold shower as my body now felt hot and flushed for some reason.

I don't know why him calling me 'love' did so much it's just one word and he doesn't even love me considering he didn't even meet we just bumped into each other, well I bumped into him.

I got out of this red silk dress that my father made me where it was pretty but it wasn't me, so I took off the rest of my clothes and got into the cold shower and washed my entire body top to bottom and shaved every once of my body and then washed my hair, first my tresses and ends with conditioner and let that sit for 3 minutes then washed it out and then washed my scalp with shampoo and then washed my hair out.

Once I finished with my shower I got out and dried myself off and blow-dried my hair and then curled it then did my skincare and went into my walk-in closet and picked out a beautiful long black lace dress and some black heels and then went back downstairs.

As I was walking down the stairs I heard the front door open and I saw that my mother was finally home. I walked over to her and kissed her cheek as she did mine and hugged her.

"Mom, I missed you," I said as I pulled away from the hug

"I know sweetie, but I'm home now" she smiled and father came out of the dining room

"Ah, my dear you're finally home" he smiled and kissed her cheek and introduced her to both Finn and I don't know the man I bumped into's name but he kept staring at me in...aw?

"Wow, my love you look stunning," he said and put his hand on my waist as softly kissed my cheek lingering a bit making me blush and smile.
