Her heart beats on the cold winter morning in Sydney, Australia which is currently experiencing its winter season.
"Emily Willis?" Her name was called by Mr Henry. One of Emily's class teachers. Emily slowly walks toward Mr Henry to get her final exam results. With each step taken by Emily, more and more things and scenarios came to her head. Emily suddenly flashbacked to when Mr Henry told her that she has a very steep decrease in her academic scores. She is now more than ever worried about her final result. Thus she sat on the seat, awaiting her result.
"Emily, your performance during the early-year exam and mid-year exam were so disappointing, what had happened?" Mr Henry told Emily.
"Did I tell you that you need an excellent result to enter that dream university of yours? Do you still want to enter it? Here's your result, see it for yourself." Mr Henry added.
With those words in her head, Emily with no hopes opened her result paper. Out of the blue, it was directly HD graded for almost all of her subjects. Emily sighs out the worry that she had before.
"So Emily, Where are you going after this?" Mr Henry cheekily added after seeing Emily sigh of relief.
Emily just smiles at Mr Henry. Emily brought her slip home to show to her parents. Emily's parents look at it for a few seconds before realizing how good their daughter's result was.
