"Babe, it's ok. Just concentrate on getting ready for the British Championships."

Recently, teams from all over the world were travelling to the city of Blackpool to compete in the British Open Formation Championship. Their formation instructed told them that they were flying from Australia out to England next week, for the occasion.

"No, Luke. I'm serious. And it's ok, we have a week to get into shape to whip those Welsh peoples butts."
"What about the English?"
"Nah, we don't need to worry about them."

For some reason, Luke kept avoiding the statement.

"Luke..."
"Cal. You hurt me a lot but I'm over it now. We've been together for a couple of months now and I couldn't be happier, ok? I don't want to talk about all the sad stuff because I'm here with the guy I love and we are getting ready for the biggest win of the season."

Love

Luke said love.

"You love me...?"
"I get it if you can't say it back but yes, I love you. I've loved you since we were about eleven and I don't think I'll ever stop loving you."
"I-"
"Cal, as long as you like and care for me, I can wait."

Little did Luke know, Calum did love him a whole fucking lot but was unable to say those three powerful words due to the negative thought creeping up through his mind regarding his past.
