Chapter 5: Haunted House

Y/N was walking with Miko and Hana on their way to school and they saw a vending machine.

"Hey, Y/N. It's only been a day since you were sick. Are you sure you're okay now?" Hana asked

"I'm alright now." Y/N said, about to press a button on the vending machine

"There's a fly." Y/N said

Y/N brushed the fly away from the button and it flew to Hana.

"Eek!" Hana screamed and ran to Miko.

"Y-Y/N! Why would you do that?!" Hana cried

"Ah, sorry." Y/N laughed

"That reminds me of yesterday... When I was about to get juice from the vending machine at school yesterday, there was a massive moth sitting in it!!" Hana screamed

"And on top of the button as well!" Hana added

"Did you press it anyway?" Miko asked

"No fucking way I would!" Hina screamed

Y/N presses a button and the can of soda was stuck.

"So unlucky..." Y/N said

"Ah! Get out of the way!"

Hana and Miko looked to the side and saw a car coming towards them. Miko pulled Y/N away from the vending machine and the car hit the vending machine.

A lot of cans of soda fall out of the vending machine, surprising Y/N. Y/N picked three cans and gave two of them to Hana and Miko before walking away.

"What just happened?" Miko and Hana asked, following Y/N

They arrive to school and talk with each other while their teacher hasn't arrived yet.

"It's unusual for Arai-sensei to be late." Y/N said

"Huh? You don't know it yet? Arai-sensei is on maternity leave." Hana said

"Oh..." Y/N said

Suddenly, the door opens and a man enters.

"Ah, that's the new teacher!"

"Since Arai-sensei is on maternity leave, I'll be your new homeroom teacher."

The man writes his name and introduces his self to the class.

"I'm Toono Zen. Let's get along guys." Toono said

"He's kinda hot."

"Eh? Really?"

"He's pretty smooth."

"I'm glad he seems gentle."

"I'd give him a shot."

Y/N just stared at the man and saw a lot of ghosts around the man.

Lunch came and Y/N was walking through the hallway after going to the bathroom.

Unexpectedly, their new teacher he ran into Toono.

"Sensei." Y/N bowed a little and walked past him

Suddenly, a ghost came in front of Y/N, close to his face, scaring the shit out of him.

"Don't look." The ghost said

Y/N tripped, catching Toono's attention.

"Are you alright?" Toono asked

"Y-Yes, I just accidentally stepped on my other foot." Y/N said

"Watch your step next time." Toono said and he walked away

"What was that?!" Y/N screamed internally
