Chapter 13: I don't know what to call this

Y/N was sleeping and he felt a weight on his arm.

"Huh...?" Y/N opened his eyes

He looked at his arm and saw Miko sleeping on it.

"... My arm feels numb..." Y/N said

Y/N just lifts Miko with his arm and lays her on his chest.

"Y/N..." Miko said while sleeping

"Soft." Y/N said

Miko hugs Y/N as the three ghosts watched them from outside.

"This is too wholesome..."

"I agree. This is better than most sex scenes."

"Things like this are better than sex scenes!"

The next day, Miko went home after she ate breakfast at Y/N's house.

"... Those ghosts..." Y/N blushed

After a week, it was raining and Y/N was walking with Miko, holding an umbrella for her while behind them was Hana and Yuria.

"I can't wait to get to MD's!" Hana said

"Yeah, sure." Miko said

Miko suddenly slips on the wet ground and Y/N caught her with his other hand while his other hand holds the umbrella.

"Are you alright, Miko-san?" Y/N asked

The four of them continued walking again, but in silence.

"Ahaha~ Seeing Y/N earlier, I think every girl in the world deserves a Y/N." Hana said

Y/N looks at Hana with a questioned face.

"Huh? Did I say something wrong?" Hana asked

"No, you didn't. But can I be Miko-san's Y/N?" Y/N asked

"Eh?" They tilted their heads

"H-He just confessed?!?!" Yuria and Hana said

"Here you go again, saying things like that with a straight face!!" Miko blushed

"Just kidding." Y/N said

"... You can joke?" They looked at Y/N with a deadpanned face

After eating at Mrs. Donuts, Miko and Y/N head to the mountain Romm was waiting at.

"What a great weather for a trek up the mountains! I should've brought lunch." Romm said

"Where's Hana? Didn't you two invite her?" Romm asked

Y/N and Miko didn't answer.

"Didn't I mention it the other day? It would probably work out a lot better if she were here." Romm said

"Do you want to give her a call and see-" Romm was cut off

"No. She won't be coming, all right?" Miko said

"Miko. Y/N. I know you're both worried about your friend, but we have to get to the shrine first. You can just tell her we're going hiking and-" Romm was cut off again

"And when you finishin hiking, are you going to have a nice little picnic? Then send Miko and her friend back home safely?"

Y/N looks behind Romm and saw an old woman with a robe.

"I told you not to come back to the mountain, Miko. Didn't I?"

"Who?" Y/N said

"Mrs. Mitsue!" Miko said
