Three Days Later
The feel of Harry's lips placing kisses all over face and neck is a beautiful way to wake up. Giggling, I thread my fingers through his hair.

"Mmm." I moan out and when he stops I sigh.

"Good morning." He says, giving me a smile.

"Good morning." I lean up and press my lips to his. The kiss turns passionate and when I flip us and straddle him but he stops me.

"We'll be late." He says, tucking my hair behind my ears.

"Ugh." I scream getting off of him and laying back down.

"Can't we just have one more day? Just one more day free of responsibilities, free of the world. Just you and I. This bed. Maybe more of that delicious pumpkin pudding Mrs. Weasley sent me." I raise my eyebrows and wiggle them. The kiss Harry gives me is searing and the fire it ignites in me, takes over.

Pulling away he puts tiny kisses all over my face.

"That pudding was extra delicious this time. I wonder what she did differently?" I laugh.

"Are you sure it was the pudding and not your choice of servingware?" We both blush at the mention of the places Harry ate that pudding off of. His hands roam my body, causing me to shut my eyes and moan.

"Yeah definitely the servingware." We both laugh and right before our bodies join, there's a knock at the window. Looking over I see an owl on the outside ledge. Harry gets out of bed, puts his glasses on then a pair of sweatpants and goes to the window. Opening it, the owl drops an envelope then flies away. Harry opens it, reads it then throws it away.

"We better get going." His demeanor is off all of a sudden.

"Everything okay?" I ask, getting out of bed. Wrapping the scarlet sheet around me.

"Yeah, yeah. Just." He sighs and runs a hand through his hair.

"Ginny wants to meet for lunch." Just like that, all the joy of the last two days is gone.

"Ginny." I can't keep the bitterness from my voice.

"Yeah but if you're uncomfortable with me going, I won't." I think about his words and realize I have nothing to be jealous of. I don't know what this is between us, whether it's just a bit of fun or something more. I think it's something more and I hope it is.

"No you can go. She's your friend." I say walking up and wrapping my arms around his neck. Letting my fingers play with his hair at his neck.

"You sure?" I nod.

"Yeah." His arms wrap around me and pull me against him.

"I don't want to be with her. You know that right? It's you I want." His words soothe any doubts I had.

"You do huh?" I ask with a smirk.

"I mean I don't keep every woman hostage in my bed for two days."

"I'm not exactly being held hostage when I voluntarily stayed in bed. We didn't stay in bed all weekend."

"Yeah but we didn't leave my flat. So."

"Your relentless Mr. Potter." I say bringing him in for a kiss. When he breaks it, he's smiling brightly.

"And it seems you have no trouble keeping up, Miss. Snape." I shrug and move in to kiss him but my eyes catch the clock.

"We better get moving. Harris's hearing is in an hour." I squeal when Harry yanks on the bedsheet, pulling it off of me then picks me up, causing me to wrap my legs around his waist.
