Silence saved me
from the greetings and the small talks
from the chasing eyes and the query tone
Silence reached to me
and I welcomed it and carried it wherever I went
It was not heavy nor it was judgmental
but it wasn't gentle either.
So when at the end of the journey
I looked behind and asked my companion
Will you continue to be by my side?
I keep staring at its eyes and waiting in grieve
but there was no answer to recieve.
