Batman remained unconscious for a moment, before he slowly started to regain his senses, though he still remained out of it. The last thing he remembered was him and Titan discovering the whereabouts of Luthor and the other villains he employed, before he was hit in the head and everything went dark.

Slap!

Batman was wide awake when he felt a hand smacked him. He looked on to see not only Lex Luthor and the other Injustice League criminals, but among them was none other than the Joker. In all likelihood, he should have expected that psychopath to align himself with Luthor. Wherever chaos looms, Joker is never that far behind.

Checking his surroundings, Batman noticed he was tied up in metal bindings to prevent him from moving, even his utility belt was missing, which was honestly very smart on their part. There was also a machine above him that shined a light on him, no doubt to block J'onn's telepathy from finding him.

"Wakey, wakey, Batman." Joker taunted.

"Joker, I should have known you'd be in on this." Batman said.

"Really?" Joker said in faux surprise. "I must be falling into a rut."

"Where's Titan?" Batman demanded, as he didn't see him in the same room.

"Separate from you." Lex answered. "Wouldn't want you two to conspire an escape, though even then it would be unlikely."

"You're not going to leave him like this, are you?" Joker questioned Lex.

"Why?" Lex asked.

"Hello?!" Joker questioned, as if it was obvious. "He's still alive!"

"And he's going to stay that way until I say we don't need him anymore." Lex said firmly, not wanting his authority to be questioned.

"Lex, Lex, take it from someone who knows." Joker said with an arm over Lex's shoulder, before whispering in his ear and pointing to his gun. "Don't wait, do it now."

"You don't like my decisions? Leave!" Lex said as he elbowed Joker off him.

Joker glared at Lex before walking off. "And they say I'm crazy."

Lex glared at the clown for a second, before noticing the looks each member of the Injustice League were giving him. They may find the Joker irritating and ungodly annoying, but even they had to admit that he made a valued point.

Lex's eye twitched in annoyance at the looks he was given before speaking out. "What?!"

"For someone who claims to be a genius, this is a pretty dumb move." Snart stated plainly.

"Those restraints are pure titanium, he'll never get loose, and that stasis field will prevent the Martian from locating him." Lex said in his defense.

"I've seen him get out of far worse, Luthor." Deathstroke said with his visible eye narrowed. "You're making a big mistake."

"Believe me, Deathstroke, I've taken all the necessary precautions." Lex assured before addressing the captured hero. "Now, Batman, you must have some kind of pass key or access code I can use against you're friends. Where is it?"

Batman smirked before answering. "Guess."

Lex growled before looking at the hulking zombie. "Grundy."

Grundy held up the utility belt and tried to upon up one of the slots, but that proved to be a mistake as a surge of electricity shocked Grundy. "AAAAAAHHHHH!!" Grundy screamed in pain before collapsing.

"Where do I get those?" Mick said with a smirk.

"I told you." Joker taunted towards Lex.

"Shut up!" Lex retorted at the clown, before calming down and smirked. "No matter, I have a much easier means of getting us to the Watchtower." Humanite walked up to Lex and held up the Infinity Gauntlet, which Lex took and placed it on his hand. "I saw your friend teleport using this, so I will just send us to the Watchtower myself, and bring an end to Superman and the Justice League!"
