His POV

I opened the door to where she was, with food and water in my hand and a book tucked under my arm. As I walked in, I could see she was sleeping. I smiled softly. God what is happening to me!? I am smiling at my enemy. But she looked so peaceful, so beautiful, she was practically perfect. Why do I feel like this for her?

I bend down and sit next to her, gently placing the food and water on the floor in front of her perhaps the smell will wake her up. Her senses have probably been heightened since my father took her. I hold the book in my hands carefully tracing the title on the front cover 'Pride and Prejudice'. I thought it could provide her with some comfort at least until she gets out of these restraints. Speaking of restraints, they look incredibly tight on her they must be painful. I could just untie them for her. I reach over her carefully and untie the rope on her wrists; leaving her free but I'm not stupid so I tie them onto her feet instead, restricting her from running.

As I move back to sit against the wall, I hear her almost moan as she wakes up. Oh, that was a lovely sound like music to my ears. She stirs and eventually opens her eyes, and I am there to greet her.
