Yamaguchi shifted in his chair, getting comfortable. Across from him was Ukai, the other male having Takeda next to him. Tsukishima gently tapped Yamaguchi's hand. "Go on."

"Right, right." Yamaguchi took a deep breath. "U-um…"

Ukai looked over from talking to Takeda. "You okay?"

"I have a question," Yamaguchi whispered. Under the table, his hands twisted as his heart sped up. He hadn't realized he needed this to happen. But it was finally time. "So… I'm getting married next month."

"Mhmm. That's pretty exciting for you two."

Yamaguchi chuckled softly. "Yeah…"

"So, what's the question?"

"It's about you being a part of it." Yamaguchi glanced at Takeda. "I don't have a dad around and you're the closest thing I've had… Uh… Crap…"

Tsukishima held his hand, rubbing his fingers. Yamaguchi calmed, looking up.

"I was wondering if you would walk me down the aisle?"

Ukai stared, shocked. His mouth turned up into a smile. "You sure about this?"

"Super sure."

Ukai chuckled. "Of course I will."

Takeda smiled wide. "You two grew up so fast!"

"Oh hush, you sound like a grandmother."

"H-hey I do not! You're just rude."

Tsukishima looked over at Yamaguchi. "Remind him."

Yamaguchi startled and nodded. "Right!"

"Hm?"

"I still can't walk properly. So I'll need help."

Ukai leaned forward, shifting. "How do I help you?"

"I might use leg braces but they suck so I'll probably just have my cane. You'll have a hold of me. Just be sure to hold on tight."

"Gotcha."

Yamaguchi smiled. He moved his legs a bit, happy. Oh, how wonderful.

"Oh my God… He looks amazing," Sugawara whispered.

Yamaguchi smiled, fixing up the folds of his kimono. "Thanks, Suga."

"How do you feel?"

"Kinda nervous."

"Right. That makes a lot of sense. Do your legs or back hurt?" The older male questioned.

"No. Just a bit sore." Yamaguchi looked in the mirror. His hair was trimmed ever so slightly and it was tied back, flowers in it.

He was a pretty boy.

Yamaguchi's mother smiled. "Oh, sweetheart. You look amazing. I hope you will be able to walk."

"It's not that long of a walk."

"Tsukishima will protect you. It's all good." Suga pats his shoulder. "He always has."

Yamaguchi smiled. He gently smoothed over his kimono. It was a beautiful dark, dark blue. The flowers in his hair were very small and the same color.

That month had finally passed. He was so happy…

"Are you ready Tadashi?"

Yamaguchi took a deep breath. His braces were on. One more internal reassurance was all it took for him to turn. Ukai was there, in his respective wear. He was in black instead of blue and looked good too.  "You look amazing."
