Chapter 17

I would know that insult anywhere and there's only one person who would say that, the one and only Adrian who was standing in front of me, the one I thought was Aiden. Why did they have to look exactly like each other and why do I always assume that it's Aiden, I think its maybe because I have this huge crush on him.

"Really Adrian I thought you were Aiden" I quietly said blushing in embarrassment.

"I know, you were looking at me like I was your Prince charming and you seem like you we're in a daze so I had to bring you back to reality" he said grinning mischievously and I continued to embarrasselly blush.

"Are you here for Aiden's car" I asked changing the subject before it gets more embarrassing for me to handle.

"Yes I volunteered to come get it and to come get you too" he casually said putting his phone in his pocket and focusing his attention on me.

"Okay let me get the ke-" I cut myself off "wait did you say me too" I asked hoping I heard him wrong and it was just a hallucination.

"Yeah I did, so we could leave to for my welcome back party" he said emphasizing on the 'welcome back party' and all my plans for tonight went out of the window.

"But I thought that you would have changed your mind" I said now remembered that he was throwing a party.

"Not gonna happen" he said giving me a serious face like a strict parent would give their child when disciplining them. There's no way I'm getting out of this so I might as well accept it.

"Okay fine Adrian, I give up" I said with a defeated sigh and a smile took over his perfect Greek god face "perfect then, now let's get you something to wear" he said already making his way to the front door waiting for me.

"OW Adrian I don't think that's the way to do it" I screamed when I felt him pulling my hair back so hard and tangled it more with the hot curling iron in his hand.

"Well stop moving so I can concentrate" he said as if he was a professional hair stylist, though he was trying to untangle my hair from the curling iron.

The plan was to curl at the end of my hair from straight to curly so when I place it in a ponytail it will look cool. I only have the curling iron but I don't know how to use it so Mr Adrian here insisted that he will do it and he ordered me to sit down on the stool in front of my mirror so he could work on his 'magic' well this is more like torture if you ask me.

"Honey is everything alright I heard screaming" my mom said as she bursted through the door with a base ball bat in her hand. Where was she, I was looking for her everywhere when I got home but she wasn't here.

"Should I be worried that there's a guy in your room curling you're hair" she said giving us a worried look but I could see her hiding a smile.

I finally felt my hair get untangled from the hot curling iron and I let a breath of relief and touched it to make sure it was still intact which thankfully it was. "Mom I'm going to a party and Adrian here is trying to help me with my hair, is that okay with you" I asked secretly hoping she would say no and I don't have to go.

She bursted out laughing and I just stared at her in confusion. "Okay, wait but I thought his name was Aiden" she said once she stopped laughing.

"No this is Aiden's twin brother" I said and she looked taken aback. Adrian stepped forward "hi Mrs Anderson it's really nice to meet you" he said giving my mom a handshake which my mom returned "damn" she said making Adrian and I laugh.

"Okay what do you guys need help with so my little goldfish could go to her first party" mom asked excitedly after getting over her mini shock. Oh no so she is actually agreeing for me to go to a party, I thought she would notice my pleading eyes.

"We need help with everything" Adrian said and I try my very best to glare at him but he just smiled and shrugged as he saw me.

"Okay go take a shower and then we can style your hair and dress you up" mom said.

"We did an amazing job" both my mom and Adrian said at the same time and I heard them giving each other high fives.

"You can open your eyes now honey" I heard mom saying and I slowly opened my eyes.

When I saw myself in the mirror I looked really beautiful and I felt really proud of these two, well actually more at mom cause she did the job and Adrian held me down on the stool so I wouldn't run away for the third time.

My make up was light, light pink blush, pink lip gloss, cat liners and a little bit of eye shadow, I could say that this is a job well done and my hair was successfully in it's curly ponytail.

"Now it's time for dress up" my mom said going to my walk-in closet and coming back with her arms full with a bunch of clothes. "Now model for us darling" she said shoving the clothes in my hand and lightly pushed me in the bathroom and closed the door.

About a lot of clothes later they finally settled with a blue crop top, skinny ripped jeans and blue air max.

"Wow you look hot" Adrian said and we both looked at him not expecting that, "sorry" he said embarrassed.

"Why say sorry she is hot" mom said joined and I just laughed. "Thank you guys, I should thank both of you" I said and they both had this huge smiles on their faces.

"Welcome" they both said which had me worrying, don't tell me that they are already buddies in this short span of time they spent together dressing me up.

"Okay, we should get going it's nine already" Adrian said getting up from my bed. "Wait let me take some pictures" mom said leaving the room and coming back with her phone in her hand. "Get in it too" she said looking at Adrian.

After tons of pictures later Adrian and I got in Aiden's car and mom stood at the door "bye guys take care and drink responsibly" she said while waving.

During the car ride I kept thinking about Aiden, what if he doesn't pay attention to me and a part of me got all dressed up so he would pay attention to me and only me but I know that it won't happen and I don't even know if he would be there.

I was busy in my thoughts that I didn't notice that Adrian had parked the car and I took a look at our surrounding to see that there's a lot of different cars scattered all around and everywhere. "Let's go" Adrian said shutting off the car and we both opened the car doors stepping out as Adrian to locked it.

I heard loud music coming from a huge mansion which got me a little nervous when I thought about the other people who would be present at party.

"Adrian wait I'm starting to feel like this is a bad idea" I said and he snapped his head in my direction "oh hell no, we are going to do this because you didn't get all sexy for nothing so let's go and I don't have to carry you myself" he said grabbing my hand and dragged me with him as he walks forward towards the mansion.

When we got close to the mansion the music got more louder and there were people everywhere either drinking, dancing, smoking, vomiting or doing something crazy, the red and blue solo cups were in every direction I looked.

I was starting to feel out of place but Adrian didn't care as he continued to drag me with him as he walked through the opened doors.

Wild is what I would describe this place right now, everywhere I looked people where dancing with drinks in their hands, some passed out on some couches, some making out passionately but aggressively and the music was more louder than ever.

Adrian held my hand tighter and led me through the sea of dancing people till we were able to squeeze outside in the backyard where there was a large swimming pool, hot tub and there were not much people, I was able to spot Theo, Carlos and Brandon who were seated on beach chairs while they laughed and chatted with some jocks and some other boys except Brandon, he was on his phone as usual.

My eyes we're looking around for a specific person and when I found him he had a girl on his lap and he was talking in her ears while she laughed like he was saying the funniest thing on Earth.
