Incorrect grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
This is slightly directed to me since I'm a bit flawed in the English language, and this is also directed to some authors.
It's OK if English isn't your first language or English IS your native language but you're bad at it. However, I do suggest you watch English videos/movies and read English articles/novels/comic books/etc since it can help you improve your writing a lot! Cheers.
