as you can tell by its name and appearance it's a mutant mudskipper infused with the DNA of Ripjaws, Upgrade, stinkfly Diamondhead, upchuck, and Grey matter
(The upgrade bits can't fuse with tech just mainly used for long range attacks and it can only fire 1 or 2 crystallized mucus blasts from its mouth at a time. despite having Greymatter's DNA it still retains the original intelligence of a mudskipper)

It's a mutant Rat infused with the DNA of Wildmutt, Stinkfly, XLR8 and a Tiny bit of Ditto
(It can outpace stinkfly in the air but on the ground it's barely fast as wildmutt. Despite having Ditto's DNA it can't duplicate)
