Chapter 3-
Millie finished her exciting day at school and started to walk home, she watched her feet step one in front of the other in a rythym
‘I hope they like me, there really nice’ Millie thought as she started walking up her street. She pushed her key into the door handle and turned it, the door swung open.
She tossed her keys on the hallstand and continued down the hallway
‘Hey hunny how was your first day?’ Millies mum, Janice asked.
‘It was good I met some really nice people, they helped me around school today’
‘That’s good’ She replied
‘Heres some biscuits, theres some drinks in the fridge if you like’ Janice continued
‘Thanks’ Millie replied, taking the biscuits, at that moment Dylan walked into the room
‘Hey sis, how was school’ He asked
‘It was good, same as i told mum, you? Make friends?’ Millie replied
‘Yeah, i made a few friends, like i told mum’ he replied, mocking millie
They sat together eating afternoon tea and chatting.
That night Millie put on her Pj’s and snuggled into bed, with her laptop

She typed in, after she logged in she had a new message and two notifications, but she ignored them and went straight into the search bar
J-a-c-k M-i-l-l-i-g-a-n
Millie wrote, 3 names popped up, but one was a old man, and one lived in America, so it had to be the top one, she clicked on his name and his profile opened up
‘Yep that’s him’ She thought, at the same time clicking on *Add Friend*
She then looked up Charlotte, Gabrielle and Brad, and adding all of them, along with some other classmates she had met, One person she DIDN’T add was this girl she saw, Fliss.
Fliss looked like the ‘queen bee’ and she acted like it too, she was rude to everybody except her ‘posse’ as jack called them, he smiled after he said that at school, millie loved his smile.
She shut her laptop and put it in her desk, and hopped back into her bed, she picked up her spare pillow and wrapped her arms around it, falling asleep
Millie, Millie, Millie, Millie!! Dylan called, Millie sat up from her sleep
‘What?!’ She replied with a sharp tone
‘It’s quarter to seven!’ He explained
‘What!’ Millie said, again. She turned her head and looked at her clock, oh no, her alarm didn’t go off
‘Thanks for telling me’ She replied
‘No problem” Dylan said, walking out the room.
Millie rushed to get ready for school and arrived just in time, Jack was standing with Charlotte, and Gabrielle and Brad where standing by themselves somewhere else,
‘I think they have a crush on eachother, Brad and Gabrielle’ Millie thought as she walked up to Jack, at the same time Fliss walked up
‘Hey people, So Jack how was your holidays?’ She asked, ignoring Charlotte and Millie. Millie just watched them talk
‘Is she flirting?’ Millie thought.
‘they where good, we gotta go to class, bye’ Jack said, grabbing Millie’s arm and pulling her in a panic, charlotte followed, smiling. Once they got around the corner they stopped
‘What was that about?’ Millie asked Jack
‘Fliss has a crush on Jack!’ Charlotte answered for him
‘She does not!’ Jack said sharply, Charlotte answered again
‘She does, but no guy is interested in her, she’s to stuck up’
‘Oh’ Millie replied.
‘Jack’s blushing, that’s so cute’ Millie thought. Charlottes eyes darted between Millie and Jack
‘Millie?’ she asked
‘Yes’
‘Do you like Jack?’ she replied, millie didn’t answer,
Jack started blushing even more
‘Um, why?’ Millie eventually said. Charlotte looked at them again mysteriously
‘Okay’ She said, walking off, in a tone as if she didn’t believe it. Jack and Millie followed
