-Emily's pov-
It's been three months but we got the guy, but today I was working on some papers for Vance when Gibbs came in and told us we had a new case. Everyone geared up and we went to the crime scene but I froze when I picked up a familiar scent and held back a growl, Ziva asked what happen when we found Ducky and Jimmy looking over the corpse of a shredded navy seal.
-Gibbs's pov-
Ducky was telling us what happen but Jimmy told us a bear must have gotten ahold of the body after his death, but Emily was quiet till she walked away. This had us confused till I went after her but I saw she was in the middle of an opened field and ask what was wrong, she held herself and said, "This is a message not just some revenge or whatever cases you seen."
-Emily's pov-
Gibbs asked how I knew when I pointed out the carved words, "I'm back," he called this in but I knew by his scent this won't end will. We went back to the office but I saw agents around are area and knew he was here, I rushed forward and saw my desk was trashed and stuff was broke beside my photo of my brothers and I.
-Ziva's pov-
I was shocked someone did this to Emily but she walked over and crouched down and said, "Why can't he stay dead," Tim asked who when we heard something till Emily ran off. We followed her till we got to Ducky's lab and found claw marks bent into one of the corpse lockers, Tony and Tim got some crowbars but Emily grab Tony's and with one pill she broke it and showed Ducky duck tapes.
