Chapter 7: Angel

                                  I was in the back of my limo headed home to change before my first business meeting of the day, but all my mind would do is wonder back to last night, with her. I had been looking for her for weeks. Since the first night I saw her, I couldn't get her out of my head. Gabriella Hernandez, chief of police, in Green port, New York. She thought she had hidden her identity well and to the untrained eye she did but not from what my guys could do. I owned one of the largest security companies and had my hand in other things such as real estate, casinos and more. My phone rang snapping me out of my trance, hello I say a tad more frustrated than I meant to. Mr. Delmazio, should I confirm your 9 am meeting, and your noon lunch meeting? Yes, Angelina thank you, very well sir. I arrived at my house, a 5-bedroom two story house with a nice sized back yard, and basement. Of course, I had my house equipped with my state-of-the-art security.

I scanned my retina, and my handprint to open the door. To access any door in my home you had to have your retina and hand scanned. Not for simple areas but the staff could use it to gain access to the house and any areas written in their contracts, places such as my bedroom and my office had extra security and only two of my staff members could access those areas my assistant Angelina and my cleaning lady Isabella, they had both worked for me for many years. I also had cameras through out the house to keep tabs on things especially when I traveled for work.

I made my way to my room, greeting the staff as I walked by, I kept my staff list very small, but had a few extras I would bring in if I was hosting an event or my original staff needed the day off. I tried to take very good care of my staff that's how you kept employees and really, they were like family to me. I grew up in a big family but most of them had died. I showered and grabbed a new suit for the day a pin stripped suit, and a gun attached to my side. Today was going to be a long day when all I wanted to do was be inside her again.
