The first thing I did when it got to the morning was sprint out of Rias' house and towards the new school. Now, she might've thought she hid the fliers of the school very well... in a locked cabinet, but as someone who knows how to lockpick it was easy to find. Before she could wake up, I took the flier, read up on the school, and found its address using my phone. Then, three hours before school began I left for school.
I'm not an idiot, three hours is a very long time, instead, I used this time to read some passages of my diary and listen to past recordings. I was beginning to see the full picture of what was happening, and as such, I informed myself to wait until school started.
It's still quite surprising to see Rias trying so hard to get on my good side. The biggest question I have is how will they turn me back if that's their plan? After all, I would still have a 14-year gap in my memory when I eventually grow up wouldn't I? Would they implant new memories? Or will they try to wait 14 years for me to grow up?
Sona said she removed the memory of me from everyone in the town, it seems unlikely that she will do something that drastic if she intends of making me grow up as fast as possible, which means she is trying to delay the growth for now. Probably because she doesn't have the means to actually do it at the moment. Either that or we can also consider the fact that she might not want to reverse my condition, because she would have to make everyone remember I exist.
What an annoying situation, I'll just have to plan ahead like I usually do, however. Currently, I had three hours of just waiting around for something to happen, I used that time to plan, thinking about possible next steps is essential after all.
There is one big flaw right now, and that would be eyeshield 21 -- since I've shrunk, he doesn't exist anymore. Now thankfully we won't have a football game until two months from now due to Kuoh being a new school in terms of American football, not to mention the lack of other schools playing also. That means I have some time before people start to notice that the Ace is missing. The biggest threat I face if it is found out that I am Eyeshield 21 is that Sona and Rias would know how fast I am, that's not too much, but if I faked my physical exams who's to say what I didn't fake.
Then my lies could be peeled one by one -- of course, I could just continue to barely pass on exams, but that would also be suspicious.
I took out my phone and started to look through the anime and manga of this world, it didn't hit quite the same. The Magical Girl trope in this world is too prevalent, the majority of manga and anime is about Magical girls, not my cup of tea.
Reading my diary entries I noticed that there was an entry labeled: The Feeling of Magic, as if I had experienced magic before, I placed a hand on my chin and rose an eyebrow while I read through it.
It's about how Rias tried to make me fear for my life using magic every so often. The feeling of wanting to run, to preserve your own life... how interesting, so if I ever learn magic I'd be able to do something like that? Would it work on people as strong as me or does it only work on people weaker? Interesting, so many questions.
While searching about I did find fliers that would summon Devils which could teach you magic, but there's a chance I will get one of Sona's or Rias' servants to fulfill this request, and that's too risky, not to mention the undeniable risk of being found out by the supernatural.
