Ryujin quietly sat on the couch. It'd been a few hours since the encounter with Yeji and she hasn't spoken since. Yuna was worried, they had food delivered yet Ryujin barely touched her food which resulted in Yuna putting the food away and just sitting beside her in silence.

She believes that no words are required to let someone know that you're with them, you just gotta sit down with them and wait till they want to speak up and when they do, just listen. So, that's what she was doing for Ryujin.

She rested her head on Ryujin's shoulder, her hand squeezing on Ryujin's arm once in awhile. She doesn't know if it'll help but it doesn't hurt to try. After a while, she felt Ryujin's hand land on hers before intertwining their fingers together.

"You okay?" Yuna asked, careful to not speak in her loud tone like she always does. Ryujin sighed and hummed, leaning her head onto Yuna's.

"Yeah. I just don't know why I'm made out to be the bad person." Yuna sat up straight and looked into Ryujin's eyes that looked straight into hers. So, she wasn't wrong when she thought that Yeji was making it all about her. Heck, her apology wasn't even sincere.

"I know she told you. I could tell from what I saw. And-"

"I don't think you're the bad person at all," Ryujin smiled and tightened her hold on Yuna's hand, "I just think it was a misjudgement that somehow turned a little too personal for her. She's mad at you for having homophobic parents, I don't think that's right of her."

"Yeah, well." Ryujin just shrugged. It was so long ago, she barely remembered what happened. Her memory is all just a blur and mixed up. She knows something bad happened to both of them but Yeji will never understand her because she has accepting parents and never had to be in her shoes. So, maybe, it wasn't as bad as she's making it seem.

"They beat me up," Yuna raised her brows, prompting Ryujin to continue and gesturing that she's listening, "They sent me to conversion therapy, before I even realized that I was gay." She chuckled sadly.

"I was so young yet they were so scared of something that never happened yet. But look how I turned out? I'm exactly what they feared."

And Yeji never realized that. It all clicked. It made sense how Ryujin doesn't talk to Yeji, too. Somehow, what happened hurt the both of them and as much as Yeji wants to blame it on Ryujin, she was also demonized the way Yeji was; Except it was just much more worse.

Ryujin teared up and Yuna wasted no time as she pulled the older girl into a hug. A tight, reassuring hug. A 'I'll never leave' hug. A 'I'll always be here for you' hug. Ryujin sobbed into Yuna's shoulder, muffling her cries as she gripped on Yuna's shirt.

"You're okay, Ryujin. I'm here with you, I'm never leaving. No matter what happens, I'm staying with you the way you stayed by my side, okay unnie?" She caressed Ryujin's back, hoping it'd soothe the girl down.

They stayed in that position for quite a while until Ryujin's cries had quiet down and is replaced with small hiccups that Yuna feels bad to say that she found it adorable. Not that she likes seeing Ryujin in such a condition but it's just the way her nose is as red as a tomato and her lips pouting. She looked beautiful even when she's crying.

Yuna reached for the box of tissues just in front of them and handed it over to Ryujin who weakly accepted it. She took a tissue out and wiped her runny nose, Yuna could only smile slightly at the sight.

"W- Why a- are yo- you s- smiling?" Ryujin said through her hiccups, it prompted Yuna to pout at how adorable it was but she was able to keep herself together. "Because you're too cute." She gushed, eventually showing her bunny teeth to Ryujin that couldn't help but smile too.
