Luke was gonna leave for vacation soon so we had to find a new guy to replace him. We knew that no one was gonna actually replace him, it was just temporarly. The coach asked the team to have a tryout at recess. Everyone who didnt make the team tried out and then some. Finaly we found a guy named Patrick and he was a SF/PF. We had a game tommorow and Payrick kept on asking the team about the plays we were gonna do. He can play, but has very little experience. The game finaly came and Patrick was really nervous so I came over there to make him feel better and after a while everyone joined. Patrick got a fair bit of playing time and scored 4 points,1 assist and 1 rebound. We went home with a win and Patrick felt good about himself. A week past as Luke had returend back from pheonix arizona. Patrick was taken off the team but the coach was very impressed with his performance for his first official game. The coach decided to make him an extra for the team so when someone got hurt or couldn't come to the game, Patrick filled in for him. Patrick was happy to make it on the team even as an extra. Patrick came to be a cool guy and ended up being one of our friends.
