Chapter 7: The Prom

Tommorow was the prom! Everyone at school was exited. Janice, Luke and Jackson had a date to the prom. Everyone had a date to the prom in the group except me. "Tyler, you got to get a date to the prom. Prom pictures are being taken today after school. So you have to get a date." "It's not easy, i'm not exactly the most popular guy and not a ladies guy. It must have been easy for you guys but not for me. Especialy after I broke up with Emma." "He's right guys. It will take some time." said Luke. "Thanks man." We heard the bell and went to class. This was one of the only classes that us four are not together. Except for Janice. We are in the same chemistry class but were not lab partners. I am lab partners with this really cute girl. Her name is Vanessa and i'm thinking of asking her to the prom and i decide to ask her at the end of class. "Umm Vanessa, would you like to go to the prom with me." "Ya, that would be cool Tyler" replies Vanessa walking out the door. I start to feel a nice warm feeling in my chest. Janice comes and says "did you just get a date to the prim Tyler!" I respond with a yes and a big smile. I go and tell Luke and Jackson and they are proud of me. "I can't beleive you got a date with Vanessa." "Yeah man she's really cute good job." says Luke and Jackson. I went to the store to rent a tux for the prom and i really like it. The prom pictures are at the park, one of the most pretty places in the town. Me and Vanessa take our pictures and then the prom comes. We all had a great time and now I got myself a new girlfriend. That was a great night, if you know what I mean.
