Newspapers. News. Videos on the internet. Katsuki looked everywhere, and on every site he went to he confirmed that Shoto was indeed pronounced dead.
It still didn't explain why he saw him yesterday walking around the streets. The blonde had no idea what was going on but he was surely going to find out.
It still hadn't hit him that his longtime friend was actually alive, he wasn't happy, relieved, or confused. He didn't know exactly what to feel.
If anything he felt a hint of anger, if Shoto was really alive why didn't he try finding him sooner? Not to mention, the boy who said he'd never get a relationship was in one. Apparently he had a girlfriend, or that's what he said.
Katsuki was mostly upset at that, Shoto lied to him. If anyone were to hear him they'd probably think he was acting like an ex boyfriend who was still hung up on their ex.
Katsuki sighed as he sunk down on his chair, he was planning his next move. Where would he find Shoto? Also, how would he find him?
It's not like he can go over to Shoto's old place too, Katsuki never knew where it was.
Then he remembered something, he took the form Shoto signed yesterday. There was also an address on it, but then again Katsuki wasn't entirely sure that address belonged to the other.
He did mention the flowers were for his girlfriend, what if the address on the form was actually hers? It was a 50/50 chance.
"Fuck it," The blonde murmured, as he grabbed the keys to his vehicle, leaving his place. He was going to find Shoto and talk to him, that's what he decided in the end.
He input the address into his gps and started driving, it was a 20 minute drive, not too far. On the way to the address Katsuki kept thinking over and over again about the situation.
He still couldn't believe it, he always heard that every person has a look alike but even then they don't "completely" look alike. There's always a difference.
But he was sure the person he saw was no other than Shoto.
Upon arriving to the address the blonde could immediately tell the person living there was rich. It was a two story mansion with a huge gate outside.
He wouldn't be surprised if there was a security guard standing outside. But luckily for him there wasn't, the gate also wasn't locked.
He left his vehicle outside and went inside the mansion, before he knocked on the door he looked at the form once again.
Then he knocked, no one answered. A few seconds later he knocked again only for no one to answer once again. It wasn't until the 5th knock that someone decided to finally open the door.
"Good afternoon sir, how may I help you?" A short man answered, Katsuki could tell by his formal attire he was a butler.
"Does a Momo Yaoyorozu live here?" He asked, he immediately noticed the butler staring him down. He wasn't surprised at this, it's always the rich snotty people who think they're better than others.
"Well do they?" He asked again, this time louder.
"That depends on who's asking."
Katsuki was growing impatient now, "Just answer the damn question."
"Watch your profanity."
"Profanity?" Katsuki chuckled as he grabbed the butler by the collar, pulling him close. "You have two choices here, you answer the stupid question or I sent your ass to hell. What's it going to be?"
He could tell the man was scared, as he should be.
"What's going on here?" A voice interrupted, as Katsuki let the man go.
"This man came out of nowhere and assaulted me sir."
"Go cry about it to your mom," The blonde said, he had started to regret all of this. Maybe it was a bad idea coming after all. "Screw you both, I'm out."
He turned to leave only to be grabbed by the arm, "Hey dumb-" He paused mid sentence as he saw Shoto once again.
"I'm going out for the day, please tell Momo to cancel the dinner plans. Something important came up, thank you." Shoto informed the butler as he walked away, during the walk he didn't let go of Katsuki.
It wasn't until they were out of sight of the mansion that he finally let go. "You're still as reckless as ever. What would you have done if I hadn't of shown up?"
The blonde frowned. "I didn't need your help, I had it handled. That asshole was looking down at me simply because I'm not on his league!"
Shoto sighed deeply. "If you would've hit him you would've been charged with assault, what then? Who would've bailed you out of jail?"
The other growled, "I would've done it on my own. I'm not scared of snotty assholes like him, also if you're going to scold me I'm leaving."
"I'm alive, yet you're too busy being upset at something unnecessary," Shoto smiled as he walked over to his friend, "I missed you too."
He whispered as he pulled the blonde into a hug. Katsuki hesitated, debating whether or not to return the hug. In the end he did.
"Welcome back...Shoto."
