I never published this because I thought it was bad but since I stopped writing this book, I thought maybe I could just give you guys a few unpublished chapters from before. Enjoy! Ily all! Stay healthy and drink water!

I was shoved into a van, my arms slightly bleeding from the ropes bound to my wrists. Ji-yeong was next to me, not talking.

Before we got taken away, the mask had said that if the majority wanted to go back, we would have another chance. I was quite looking forward to that. I had a funny feeling that, even though the majority originally pressed the red X, more than half of us would want to return, in less than even a week.

Suddenly, my vision was obscured by a mask. The van had slowed down, and had come to a stop. The mask threw me out of the car, Ji-yeong struggling next to me. The van drove off, leaving me shivering in the freezing air. The wind was biting my neck, the icy floor embracing me, but i managed to ignore it and I slowly wriggled to Ji-yeong.

I gnawed at the ropes bound to her hands, and after around a minute of struggling, the ropes broke. I could see small cuts on them, but she seemed to be able to ignore the pain.

She used her free hands to untie her feet, then ran over to some clothes on the floor and put them on. She then walked over to me, and untied me. She still hadn't talked.

After my hands were untied, I pulled at the ropes. My wrists were bleeding profusely, but I ignored it. I needed to desperately get to the clothes, this simply wasn't enough protection.

After struggling for a while, I pulled myself free. I ran towards the clothes and pulled them on fast. I felt the warmth engulf me, and it felt like heaven. I looked up and around to try see where I was, but I then noticed that Ji-yeong was gone. I looked around, heart beating. I was panicking. Where could she have gone? Who could I be with?

Then, I noticed her. Her hands were in her pockets. Her head was down, and a hood obscured most of her face. I calmed down. She was there.

"Hey! Ji-yeong!" I ran towards her. She looked towards me, but not with her usual smile, but a cold, dark one.

Her piercing eyes sent a shiver down my spine. I felt slightly nauseated.

"What do you want, (Y/N)?" she said with a cold, dark tone.

I was slightly in shock. I thought we were friends - really close in fact. But now, it felt like she was stabbing me in the heart. Hard.

"I-I just-" I said, but she cut me off.

"This is your fault you know?"

I looked at her in utter disbelief. "H-how is it-"

"Maybe, if you had said something to convince somebody else, this might have worked!" she said, slightly hysterical.

This was way out of her personality. This felt like some attack - Not felt, but was.

"L-listen, i'm sorry."

Then, I saw silent tears rolling down her cheeks. Wow, I guess she really didn't want to be back. On the other hand, I was a runaway criminal, and I was probably WANTED, so at least I had a purpose. She was just living her life, trying to get out of debt. I wasn't even in debt anymore.

"(N/N)," she said, giving me a warm hug. I patted her awkwardly on the head. I also felt slightly surprised, but excited. (N/N), eh? Sounds like I have a new nickname.

I slowly wiped her eyes, which was staining my t-shirt with wet tears. She seemed really distressed, but I probably shouldn't ask her why.

After what seemed like hours, she finally let go of me.

"Do you want to eat something?" she asked me. I nodded.

We slowly walked towards the convenient store, hands entwined.
