Chapter 3

I woke up from my bed and shaked Ji-ah to wake up too. Then we quickly got ready for today.

We had our breakfast and I dropped Ji-ah to her school. Well.. yesterday I scolded eunwoo very much for not going to his work on time. So, he went to his work but with a sad face.

After dropping Ji-ah, I went to my work. As usual, I was greeted by my friends. Then we began to work.

MJ:"Hey Jihee, you remember? We are going to walk together."he reminded me. I wasn't nervous at that time. Cause, today is my half day so, I will go to home earlier and then I will go to pick up Ji-ah. For your kind information, Ji-ah's school time ends at 3:00pm. Yeah..a very long time for a child. Actually she have extra classes in school...so...yeah. I smiled and nodded.

It was finally my going time. MJ came towards me with a big smile.

MJ:"Shall we go?"he asked. I laughed a little and grabbed my bag before leaving from there.

MJ:"Hey. You never talked about your family. Now tell me about your family."he suddenly asked me while walking. I felt my heart clenched hearing the question.

Me:"In my family, I have my parents and a step-sister."

MJ:"Oh..wait-step-sister? I mean..."he hesitant to ask because he thought, one of my parent is dead.

Me:"No no. Actually, my parents adopted her."I explained to him. He nodded understandingly.

MJ:"Oh..wow. How nice family. Won't you introduce me to them?"he asked. My heart sank hearing this. How will I meet you with them? When..I myself can't meet them.

Me:"Well.. A-actually...they doesn't live with me here. They lives abroad."I half lied to him. Then I quickly changed the topic because I didn't wanted to lie to him anymore.

MJ'sPov

I was walking with Jihee. She is really an amazing person. She always lighten up my mood. Although, she doesn't do anything, but her this lovely innocent smile always gives  happiness in my life. Yeah..I like her. I like her since I first saw her. But, I was so confuse about my feelings that's why I wasn't able to confess to her. But..I am gonna confess soon.

With so much laugh and jokes, we finally reached at her apartment. She bid me goodbye and told me to go home safely with her beautiful smile. I smiled back and went to my home with a big smile.

I wish, you will accept my love Jihee.

Jihee's Pov

After MJ oppa dropped me to my apartment, I waited for him to go and then when I saw he was gone, I went outside and locked my apartment and started walking on the street. Suddenly, a honk of a car came from my back. I turned and saw-

Ew:"Yo..Darling.."he waved at me from his car.

Me:"What the hell are you doing here? Eunwoo don't tell me yo-"he cut me off.

Ew:"No, I didn't ditch my work. I came here after finishing my work."he defeated himself.

Me:"Eh? That early?"

Ew:"AISHH..this girl. How much question do you ask? I am not in a interview. Forget it. Well....as I am new in my company so dad didn't gave me that much work. Now, hop in the car or do you want to make my princess wait there, alone.."he said dramatically. I rolled my eyes and went to his car while saying 'dramaqueen'.

We drove to Ji-ah's school. On the way, eunwoo and I sang so many songs. Well..we are best friends after all. We took Ji-ah and hopped in the car. Eunwoo was driving and Ji-ah was sitting on my lap while we sat on the passenger sit.

Ji-ah:"You know mommy. Today I saved the boy."she said in joy. Eunwoo frowned his face in confusion.

Ew:"What? Boy? Ji-ah...I told you not to let any boys come near you. You should kick him on his bal-OWW...YAH JIHEE."he yelled when I smacked his head so hard.

Me:"Stop with your idiotic suggestions or I will kill you one day. By the way, you saved him Ji-ah? Good. What did you do?"I asked Ji-ah.

Ew:"What are you guys talking about? Someone plz tell me."he said in full of confusion.

Me:"There is a boy in Ji-ah's school who was being bullied by some boys. And Ji-ah saved him today. Now Ji-ah. Tell me, how did you saved him?"

Ji-ah:"When I saw him again on the floor because the bad boys were beating him, I quickly went to the principal and told him. He quickly went there and punished the bad boys. Then I helped the innocent boy and he thanked me.  He is my friend now."she said cutely.

Ew:"Eh? It's good but Ji-ah.. don't talk with this boy much, cause he will try to hit on-"I hit him again.

Me:"Don't tell her these things, she isn't adult at all. And don't be so overprotective. She is just a child and the boy..umm..Ji-ah, what class does this boy read in?"

Ji-ah:"He is in my class, mommy."

Me:"Oh..okay. So, the boy is also a child. And he is not going to hit on her."I tried to tell him.

Ew:"But he will try. You don't know kids very well."

Me:"Mr.Lee Dong Min. Everyone is not like you. So, don't compare all boys with you."I said his full real name with a glare. Yeah, Cha eunwoo isn't his real name. It's his nickname which was given by our school's fangirls. Now everyone calls him that even his family members. He just rolled his eyes.

Ji-ah:"Mom. What is 'hit on you'?"she asked innocently.

Me:"It's a very uncomfortable thing which your uncle woo always did with me. Nothing else baby."I said while glaring at him. Yeah..he always flirted with me. Even now. He many times tried to hit on me but when he saw I am not like others, he made me his friend. I mean best friend.

Ji-ah:"Oh..Mom. One more thing, teacher said tomorrow is our sports day. There we have to participate in a  competition with our parents. You have to join the competition with me."she said while remembering. I smiled and said 'Okay'. Then we went to our home. In the whole ride, eunwoo tried to convince me with his 'stay away from boys' statement but I always denied with him.
