Pacific Rim: New Horizons

Movie Time

Eden sat on the couch in the rec room of the Jaeger base, next to his teammate Shadow Fury. They had been getting along well since Shadow joined the team a few weeks ago. Across from them sat Hydra and her brother Puma, who had just arrived the day before.

Hydra spoke up, "So, you're the new member of the team."

Shadow responded, "Well, I guess technically we're both new since we just arrived yesterday."

Puma chimed in, "Yeah, in that sense, we're the new members of the team."

Eden found himself stealing glances at Shadow, and she couldn't help but wonder if Shadow felt the same way. Unfortunately, Hydra noticed that and said, "Well, I meant the new Jaeger that Eden has a crush on."

Eden felt himself blush, "What? No, absolutely not."

Shadow's face turned bright red, and just then, Nova and Chrome entered the room.

"Hey guys, how's it going?" Nova greeted them.

"We're just chilling for now," Hydra replied.

Chrome added, "We don't have anything to do. Training is finished, there are no Kaiju attacks, nothing."

They all began to brainstorm what they could do to pass the time. Then, Hydra's face lit up with a mischievous grin.

"Why don't we watch a horror movie?" she suggested to her brother.

Puma smiled and replied, "Sure, sounds like a good idea."

Nova was on board, "Why not? I'm up for it."

Shadow agreed, "Yeah, let's do it." She then pulled her visor halfway up, 

The group settled on watching "The Conjuring 3". As they watched the movie, the lights were switched off, and Shadow sat next to Eden. Nova sat on Eden's other side.

They were all deeply engrossed in the movie when a jump scare appeared. Everyone screamed, and Eden felt someone jump on him. Puma quickly switched on the lights, and they all stared at Eden and Shadow.

It turned out that Shadow had fallen on top of Eden, and they both blushed madly, feeling a little embarrassed. That was the moment when Saber Athena and Guardian Bravo walked into the room, asking what had happened.

Nova replied, "Nothing, we were just watching a horror movie."

Hydra interjected, "And something interesting happened," as she pointed at Eden and Shadow.

Saber saw what had happened and started giggling, "Well, well, well, what do we have here?"

Hydra gave her brother a high-five, and Shadow got up, still blushing madly. She helped Eden up, and they locked eyes and blushed again.

Saber said, "Well, I guess I'll leave you all be," as she walked out of the room with Guardian Bravo.

Shadow decided it was time to leave as well, and she quickly made her exit. Eden couldn't help but smile, thinking about the moment they had just shared.
