Sage woke up alone the following morning and it confused her as usually the bed was a big snuggle pile of her mate and pups. So seeing it so void of a normal morning made her stomach rumble in unsureness.

The uncomfortable drip in between her thighs seemed to have dulled or ceased, and for that she was grateful. Her emotions seemed to amplify even at the slightest bit of news and Sage hated it, she hated not being in control.

Feeling slightly warm she decided to take a shower, and as of late, the pups have started to figure out how to respond in their family link. As a bond was much easier for them to access.

They knew she was up and she sent back giggles and coos as she enjoyed her shower. And she could sense that the two were playing in the living room.

The feeling of the pups overrode the feeling of where her mate was, so it wasn't really much of a shock that she hadn't felt her male coming to join her in the shower. "Pups?"

"They have their blocks. How're you feeling, munchkin?... You had some bad cramps last night." He said, his warm hand had masked the pain to keep her asleep. Leaving him to try and ready a breakfast in bed, however, it wasn't that hard to see the pups conversing silently to mama through the bond.

He was open to it too.

"You were supposed to sleep for a few more minutes..." He said, kissing up the likes of her shoulder and neck. The familiar touches sparked beautifully to their bond, leaving her to hum and open up her neck further.

Remus smirked at the way his mate practically melted into his hold. So he did his best to hold her up while also continuing his attack. And it better fueled him as she nibbled on his ear and urged him on.

"Later?" She whispered, her eyes fluttering in pure hope to get the chance. "Witches might have us working late, soon. When your dad leaves." He caught her rolling her eyes, the mood close to terminated but he gripped her back into his hold.

The surprise caused her to turn up, and he huffed at her leaving too early.

"Done so quickly, Mate?" She hummed and grinned deviously before shaking her head. And much like her fellow Lunas, she was met with the submission of her Alpha as he bent down in front of her.
A sight only meant for her.

Remus didn't waste much time before he locked her thighs around his shoulders to get a better view of her heat. After hearing that she had been cursed with the 'menstrual cycle', he tried to keep track of the past few days but it seemed today was the first day she was off.

And excitement sparked through him instantly.

Sage was trying her best to remain quiet, but the running shower provided enough to cancel out anything they were doing so that the pups wouldn't get antsy in being alone for a few more minutes.

The lack of intimate contact between either she and Remus was due to their schedule and Remus still healing. A silver bullet wound is not an easy injury to jump back from so quickly. Even if Sage's blood was added to his treatment, whatever properties it had from the mutation was being looked at by Kenzie.

When the two finally emerged back downstairs, it was for sure the cutest sight of them all. Rue was a pouting mess and Ronan was comforting her, trying to distract and play—Course as soon as their parents were spotted all the pouts and distract were no longer there.

Remus had cooked up a hefty egg omelet for his mate, and Sage scarfed the whole plate down while looking through the emails that he mentioned.

As she started nibbling on some toast, the sound of scraping caught her attention as Rue held a book in her hands. Motioning it up to her mom in a clear indication that she wanted to be read to.
