Chapter 5- Our First Vacation (Part 1)

A/N: Sorry I didn't have a chapter up yesterday. My friend (@_loofus on instagram) got really sick and has been given 1 week to live. I have been very upset over the past few days but I am trying to stay positve so here is a chapter:

Ernestines POV:

Mom and Dad are taking us on vacation for Avia's 10th birthday. Avia doesn't know about it yet. They are taking us to Disney World then we are going to some where special that I can't tell anyone. BG, J, IJ and I haven't started school here yet. Mom is thinking of homeschooling us because of all the choas that has happened in our lives in the past.

I don't think I have told you about that...

It's kind of a long story.. I will tell you someother time. 

"IJ, Come here!" I yell,

"Why?" IJ asks.

"Because I want to talk to you about the trip."  I say 

"Coming" she says.

IJ comes and we talk about the trip.

The kids are on their way home from school right now. Mom, Dad and I have been packing all morning. Brooke hasn't been feeling well so she has been sleeping. Mom says that Brooke has a fever but she is still coming with us. Jayda and Isa have been doing laundry and cleaning the house so we can leave to a clean house.

The Kids just got home from school and the car is packed and ready to go. We have packed all of the kids snacks for the road to the airport. We have packed each kid a backpack of things to do on the plane. 

Here is a list of what we put in them:

Gavin: 3 Books (From the mixed up files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler, The Lightning Theif, and Bridge to teribithia), his iPod, headphones, Pokemon Mega Metagross EX.

Avia: her iPod, headphones, Taylor Swift: The whole story, Pokemon Mega Metagross EX.

Emmi: her iPod, headphones, Taylor Swift: Her story, Pokemon Mega Metagross EX. 

Brock: his iPad loaded with The Lego Movie, and Big Hero 6; Lego Batman; Headphones; Super hero coloring book.

Daxton:  Stuffed animal, blankie, toy phone, headphones (to watch a movie on the plane), Mega Blocks.

The four of us, packed each others so I packed Isa's, Isa packed Brooke's, Brooke packed Jayda's and Jayda packed mine. 

Here is what I packed for Isa: Her iPod, Ivy and Bean a barrel of monkeys, headphones and Pokemon Mega Matagross EX.

We are about to head to the airport. Avia thinks that we are driving to Idaho but we are not (A/N: they are flying out of Utah because Casey's family is going to). I help mom load Daxton in to the car. I hand each of the kids their bags, and I get situated in the car, then Jayda gives me my bag, I give Isa hers, Isa gives Brooke hers, and Brooke gives Jayda hers. Then they get situated then mom and dad get in the car and we are off to Salt Lake City. 

-In the airport parking lot-

Avia is just waking up from a long nap, "Dad, why are we at the Salt Lake airport?" 

"Avia, honey we aren't going to Idaho for you birthday..... We are going to---" Avia cuts dad off,

"What? We arent going to Idaho." 

"No, Next time let me finish my sentence." Dad said

"Okay, sorry. Continue." Avia said.

"Instead of going to Idaho we are going to DISNEY WORLD!" Dad said.

"Seriously?" Avia asked

"Yes" Dad replied.

We pull into a parking spot and I wake Dax, and Brock up. I get out of the car and get Daxton's stroller out of the back and I put him in it. Instead of bringing 2 strollers for the park we got a double stroller for the parks and a single for Daxton during travel times. I grab all of my stuff and we head inside.

-Inside the airport-

We just got inside and I can see Aunt Kayli, Uncle Casey, Brailee, Gage, and Winston. 

"Avia, look over there." I say to Avia. Avia runs to them. 

Dad goes and checks in the suitcases and the double stroller and we head to our gate. 

A/N: So, I decided that this chapter would be a 2 parter. I have a lot for this chapter so. I am enjoying writing this story.
