Chapter 22- The Situation (Part 3)

It has been a few days since the event. We have been chilling at home. Gavin, Avia, Emmi, Brock, Gage, Cooper, and Brailee have been out of school to spend time with us. Dad told Uncle Char what was going on so he flew out to help so he has been out here. He is still vlogging but we cant be in them but they know he is here. He has been helping us feel alot better and less nervous. Aunt Kathy also came out and has been staying with us. I am overwhelmed with the love we are getting. The phone is ringing, so I go and get it "Hello." "Hi, This is Officer Hankins, Is Shay or Colette there" "Hi Officer, Its Ernestine, and yes, hold on" I blocked the microphone "Uncle Char can you get mom or dad?" "Sure" I unblock the mic "One of them is coming" "Thanks, How have you been?" "Good, Dad's friend flew out to support us so I feel really good." "Thats great" "Here's Dad" I hand the phone to dad and go sit with Char, a little nervous, Char gives me a big hug, and says "Ernestine, guess what." "What?" "Allie is going to drive here with Mel, Phil, Marley, Tyson, and ZOey!" "Really?!" "yes, but quiet, I want to surprise everyone." After char told me that I became les nervous knowing that the PTU and Allie were coming with the dogs! Dad hangs up the phone and comes and whispers in char's ear and char's face lights up. "What is it?" I ask "Can't tell you, you have to wait." Dad goes up to the intercom "FAMILY ASSEMBLE IN THE LIVING ROOM INCLUDING EXTENDED FAMILY AND FRIENDS" I think in my head, he sounds happy. Everyone assembles.
"Good News and Badnews" Dad said "The goodnews is that Officer Hankins has a plan. The bad news is we have to go to Washington D.C."
"Whats the plan" Isa, Brooke, Jenne, Avia, Emmi, Gavin, Char, Aunt Kathy, and I ask.
"Well, We have to go into the Police station to find that out." He says "Load up, In the suburban is Isa, Brooke, Jenne, Max, Ernestine, Char, Aunt Kathy and Colette; in my truck, Avia, Emmi, Gavin, Brock, Daxton, and me; in casey's truck, Gage, Cooper, Brailee, Winston, Casey, Logan; in Kayli's car, Kayli, Mom, Dad. Carlie's car, Carlie, JAckson, and JAyda. Let's go!"
We load up and head to the police station. Office Hankins greets us at the door! "Wow, there are alot more people than I expected, follow me" We follow OFficer Hankins to a giant room with a huge table. We all sit down. Officer Hankins starts off.
"Hello guys, Can everyone tell me their names even the people I know."

"Wow, Are you all family?"
"Mostly!" Dad says "This is MAx's mom (Kathy), This is my best friend (Char), This is my sister's fiancé (Jackson), This is my sister (Carlie), This is my brother (Casey), this is his wife (Kayli), This is my dad (Carl), This is my mom (Laurie), This is my other brother (Logan), This is Casey and Kayli's youngest (WInston), This is my youngest (Daxton), This is my sisters (Cooper), This is my brothers middle kid (Gage), This is my second youngest (Brock), This is my daughter (Emmi), This is my other daughter (Avia), This is my brothers oldest (Brailee), this is my olddest (Gavin) and you know the rest"

"Holy Cow! Okay, Lets get started! So, I searched for information on the girls' father and i found alot of information, The first time he was arrrested was before all of his kids. He was arrested at the age of 9 for bringing a weapon into school. Then when he was arrested the first time for abusing the kids, the judge couldnt get any info from him and had no witnesses so the judge let him go. Then the second time the judge noticed that it was the same guy from before so they locked him up but what the judge didnt know was the murder so we have that for the trial. Someone under the name of Josh Loinga bailed him out of jail 5 months after you guys went to the orphanage. Thats when you guys changed last names. He hasnt been arrested since but Mrs. Jordan told local police and he is on the wanted list here in Idaho. The day after I met with you guys I called the Idaho Falls PD and they told me that people have seen him in this area and they are looking for him, I then asked them to continue their search and I told them about what was going on. I them called the main headquaters of the State POlice and told them to alert everyone to look out for him. So there is a state wide search for him. I then contacted the head of the Supreme Court and told them the situation and I told them not to say anything. I have wonderful news! I brought you guys in to let you know 1. That he has been found and was arrested and is a the state jail and is not allowed to be bailed out. So I called the supreme court and told them that he has been found and that we would like a court date. They decided that it will be in 3 weeks. I then called google and asked them to shut down his account and I gave them the ip addresses that his account has used and told them to block them from YouTube, so you guys can resume making videos. But please dont mention anything about the situatution or the court date and when we head to washington dc just say you are there for vacation. I have already reserved a whole floor in D.C and I also requested heavy security. I also ordered a private plane. We leave for D.C. on monday the 20th and return monday the 4th. I have also set up for all the kids to be out of school but they have classes online so they can keep up. There are no more rules except DONT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT THE SITUATUTION. Everyone stay at one place and I will email shay all the information! You guys are an amazing family and I can't wait to WIN this case with you guys. Oh, girls I have a surprise. Hold on" Office Hankins leaves and comes back. SOmeone I reconginize walks in... "AVAAAA" We scream! "Officer how did you know" "Mrs. Jordan told me that you were close at the orphanage. One more surprise. Ava.." "I am coming to D.C. with you guys!" I couldn't hold in the happy tears and I started crying, I ran up to Ava and gave her and Officer Hankins a giant hug, I then said "Thanks for everything everybody!" I walk over to char and whisper in his hear "When is Allie going to be here" "They are at the house!" I run back up to the front and say "Everyone to our house! Even you Officer Hankins! Here is the car situation.
Suburban: Mom,Avia, Emmi, Brailee, Carlie, Kayli, KAthy; Driving: Mom
Dad's Truck: Dad, Brock, Daxton, Winston, Gavin, Jacskon; Driving: Dad
Casey's Truck: Casey, Cooper, Gage, Max, Isa, Jenne; Driving: Casey
Kayli's Car: Carl, Laurie, Brooke, Jayda, Logan Driving: Carl
Carlie's Car: Charles, OFficer Hankins, Ava, me Driving: OFficer Hankins. Lets go! Everyone Follow Carlie's car!"
We head to the cars and load up. We head out.

-15 minutes later-
We arrive at the house. Everyone following. Everyone unloads "Who's car is that?" Dad asked.
"You will see" I said
I open the door and walk in and I see Allie, Mel, Phil and the dogs in the living room. "SUrprise!!!" ALlie, Mel, Phil, Char, and I say!
