"Thank you Karl" Emily said from just inside her house staring up at him.

"No problem Emily" he smiled lightly.

"You still have the ring right?" She asked pointing to his pocket.

He reached his hand out and grabbed out the ring "of course" He smiled down at her.

She smiled as Karl put the ring back in his pocket.

"You should propose soon Karl"

"I'll try to remember" he smiled shyly.

She looked inside quickly before turning back around to Karl "Wait a sec"

She ran inside and scribbled some words on a piece of paper and brought it back to Karl just as quickly.

She handed the small paper over to Karl "put it somewhere that you will see it and that will be your reminder to propose Karl, soon" he nodded.

She opened up her arms to get a hug from Karl which he happily gave.

"Goodbye Karl, take care of Sapnap" she whispered into her ear.

"I will" he muttered back.

"Alright you gotta go back to Sappy nappy I guess" she said pulling away.

"Yea, bye Em- mhm"

"You forgot my name mid sentence didn't you?" She asked giggling.

He nodded sadly "get home and propose Karl, goodbye"

He nodded and took out his pocket watch giving her a little wave, her waving in return.

And once again he vanished with a puff of purple smoke.

"Was that Karl?" Dream asked coming up behind her.

She nodded.

"Oh, Sapnap wanted me to tell you something" she spoke up as he rapped and arm around her shoulder leading her into the living room to where Drista and Patches was sat, playing with a mouse toy.

"Yea? What?" He asked ,curiosity killing him.

"He says 'hi' and that 'he misses you'" she repeated Sapnap's words.

"I miss him too" he said ruffling her hair.

POV switch

"I am back! Wait who am I yel-"

"Hi my love!" Sapnap yelled sliding down the stair railing and running over to Karl before trapping him in a hug.

Right. I have a boyfriend.

"Hi" he smiled.

"Your so cute" he sighed.

He kissed his cheek.

"Mmh am I though?"

"Yes you are"

He gave him a short kiss on the lips.

Just then water started to trickle down on them.

"Hm, I guess you were right. It does rain here" Sapnap said as fuzzy drops of water fell from the sky.

"Wait, I said that?" Karl asked looking down at Sapnap.

"Yes you did" he smiled before his smile fell flat.
