The Uchiha's Thrall

The Visit.

"Woah.." Itachi was looking out of the carriage they were riding in, the sun was so bright he had to cover his eyes for a moment smiling with excitement. 'It's so bright here!' He thought to himself before hearing his fathers voice.

"Itachi, behavior yourself." Fugaku was crossing his arms giving his son a stern look.

Quickly Itachi's smile disappeared. "Sorry father."

'Vampires limit the emotions they show to the outside world because it is a sign of weakness' Itachi could hear his fathers voice echo in his mind.

They were here on business, it had been almost five years since the Uzumaki family had become distant from the lands and they finally accepted the Uchiha request for a meeting.

It was Itachi's time to beginning training to become the next vampire king of the Uchiha family and that meant being knowledgeable of the other families and what species they held.

He was here to observe and learn as much as he could about the Uzumaki family since he wasn't even aware of their existence.

The carriage stopped in front of a gate where the family crest 'Uzumkai' rested. The door quietly opened and a silver haired man was bowing waiting for his guest to exist.

"Hello Master Uchiha and I see you've brought the young master with you as well, it's always a pleasure. My name is Kakashi and I've come to greet you." the silver haired man said smiling thought it was hard to see through the mask he wore on his face.

Itachi analyzed Kakashi noting the fact he was a tengu but hid his wings.

Fugaku got out of the carriage followed by Itachi
"Hn" was all Fugaku replied with looking around.

Noticing this Kakashi mentally sigh, he knew Fugaku wasn't going to be pleased with the Uzumaki head not there to greet him himself.

"Minato-San is awaiting your arrival in his studies, he had some uh important business to take care of first."

"You would think as his 'honored' guest we would be of more importance." The older Uchiha scuffed.

"Very well Kakashi, take us to him."

Kakashi lead the Uchiha heir and his son to the main gate and into the garden that lead to the main family's home.

Itachi was amazed by how beautiful and green the garden was, how this place made him feel unlike his home where tension were high with being the perfect Uchiha and head of the vampires he was being raised to be.

"Young Master?!"

"Where is the young master?!"

The front yard and inside the house was busy with frantic staff searching around for something or someone? This peeked Itachi's interest along with Fugaku as much as he tired not to show it.

The Uzumaki's are not known to have any children so it was odd to hear the staff call for a 'young master.'

"Please ignor-"

Just as Kakashi was trying to distract the interested vampires in front of him a flash of yellow hair came running along the walls of the garden a small boy paying no attention to anyone ran and jumped off the wall heading towards for forest.

Two young boys with red hair followed behind him trying desperately to catch up. "Young master please wait for us!" They quickly disappears as well.

Everyone just stood there, some in shock and others in fear as the family secret just ran out in the presence of one of the most feared families in all of the lands.

If looks could kill Kakashi's face would have probably murdered every single person in charge of hiding the young master.

Minato was not happy. He was not happy at all.

'How do you LOSE a child?!'

He simple couldn't understand how his entire staff could not know where his son had gone off too.

He sigh "Why today of all days did this have to happen to me? What else could go wrong?" He said quietly to himself.

Looking out the window of his studies he saw his son run along the garden walls in front of none other then the very people he was trying to hide his little Naruto from.

'YOUVE GOT TO ME KIDDING ME!'

Minato smiled a awkward big smile in front his guest he hasn't seen the Uchiha's since they announced the birth of their first son Itachi the very boy that was standing along side a very uninterested Fukagu.

"It's very nice to see you Fukagu and this must be Itachi he's grown so big." Minato choked out.

"So Minato, I arraigned this meeting to see why you decided to become distant from the main families but now I'm starting to slowly understand the reason, but please explain to me if you could."

Minato sighed he had wanted to hide his son from the eyes of the Uchiha family they were after all vampires and everyone knows vampire can't be trusted.

"We had never intended to distract ourselves my wife Kushina had fallen pregnant not long after you had announced Itachi's birth. We decided we would wait til the birth of our child to announce but complications had occurred during child birth and we lost Kushina." Minato let out a breathe. "We were simply grieving her loss and I didn't find it important to share my son's birth."

"Hn." Was all Fukagu replied with.

'And I never wanted you damn Uchihas to know that my son was born.' Minato mentally said annoyed with the lack of reply about his wife's passing. Oh how he disliked the Uchiha's and how cold hearted they could be but especially Fugaku.

Itachi was watching carefully all the new information he was hearing was shocking. He didn't know much about the Uzumaki family but he was sadden of the passing of Kushina his father had said she was a beautiful Kitsune. So that much must make the young master of the Uzumaki family part Kitsune. He couldn't help but he curious about the young boy he saw, after all he looked so free.
