A Vampire Meets A Kitsune.

Itachi had snuck off as Minato and Fukagu continued awkwardly talking he couldn't stand the tension in the air. Kakashi gave him an approving nod knowing the poor boy doesn't get a chance to be a boy often.

Itachi wondered the grounds going back to the garden and taking in the fresh air.

Then he remembered the boy he saw earlier 'such an odd person, why was he running away from everyone?' Itachi thought to himself before deciding to see where the boy had ran off too.

Itachi made his way past the garden and walls surrounding the main house and noticed the huge forest in the surrounding area.

"Wow..!" Itachi said to himself.

It wasn't a surprise that the Uzumaki's lived around a huge forest they are Kitsunes after all and the forest is part of their home.

Itachi wasted no time making him way through the forest wondering around and looking at all the green trees and liveliness that it had to offer.

'It must be so nice to be an Uzumaki, you can stay in a forest like this and have no worries unlike us..'

The young vampire quickly got lost in his thoughts.

Suddenly a yellow flower appeared him his vision and it snapped him out of his daze.

"Huh?" Itachi noted the small hand that held the flower and suddenly locked eyes with the owner of the hand.

Ocean blue eyes stared back as his black obsidian eyes, itachi felt strange for a moment before speaking.

"Uh.. what are yo-"

"You looked sad so I thought I would give you a flower to cheer you up!" The little boy said with a huge smile on his face.

Itachi l noticed right away this was the little boy that everyone was searching for at the main house the Uzumaki's 'young master.'

"Oh did I now?" Itachi face quickly turned calm trying not to let the boys words get to him. 'You look sad' Fukagu would be furious with his son if he saw him now.

The boy nodded. "Mhm, you've been out here staring at the sky for some time I thought you had fallen asleep with your eyes open!" He started to laugh.

Was this boy making fun of me? Why is he laughing at me?! Itachi face turned red with embarrassment he had never experienced someone laughing at him before.

"Well I didn't fall asleep and I wasn't sad!" Itachi shouted.

The boy stopped laughing and look at Itachi he quickly holding his hands in the air giving the older boy a crooked smile. "H-hold on I didn't mean anything bad by it!"

Itachi trying to regain his composure once again let out a breathe looking the boy over he has three whisker like marks on the side of his cheeks, he was also much tanner then himself and cute.

"You're a Kitsune."

"Oh you can tell?" The young boy said a little shocked, all the staff knew he was a Kitsune well half Kitsune because of his mother but an outsider figuring out he was one so fast was shocking, there aren't many Kitsune left so no one can really tell because they can take the form of almost anything.

Itachi nodded.

The boy closed his eyes for a moment and put his pointer finger in the air. "Well you are almost right I should correct you, I am half Kitsune." The boy opened one of his eyes and smiled. "On my mothers side that is!"

"Minato-San is human?" Itachi said blankly thought he was in complete shock he couldn't tell that Minato was human, in fact he really couldn't tell what Minato was at all but human off all things, he must be a strong human to have his fathers respect.
