Chapter 12

I'm here sitting on Adeline's couch waiting for her. The taste of Adeline still lingers on my tongue.
I was pulled back from my reverie when I heard Adeline's footsteps coming down.

"Hey my sweet come here," I said then she walks over to me and I lean towards her and snake my arms around her waist and pull her down onto my lap.

"SKYE!!!"

I laugh and buried my face at the crook of her neck.

"I'm sorry my sweet. It's just I can't get enough of your amazing body." Then I started kissing her neck.

"Skye, if your gonna leave a hickey on my neck then, no sex for you for a week." She said with a serious voice.

"MY SWEET!!! BUT..."

"No buts baby, you can kiss me whatever you want or wherever you want, just don't leave a mark." She said.

That made me smile and captured her lips into a heated kiss.

"Mmmm... We just finished doing it... Baby and we have to... Go to the mall." She protests but still responds to my kiss.

I bit her lower lip and murmured,
"Fine but later you are mine," I said, Then she stood up from my lap.

We got into my car and left her house, now we are heading to the mall to buy me some brand new phones. I decided that I would surprise Adeline with a new phone that could match mine.

We just arrived at the mall and were in the parking lot, and as usual, Skye got out first to open the car door for me. Then we head inside the mall.

Her hands are warm against my waist. Then I just realized that our outfits match. She's wearing a brown shirt tucked in white shorts with a brown belt finished with low gladiator brown sandals.
And im wearing a white loose polo shirt tucked in grey shorts with a brown belt and sling bag. Complete with white sandals.

We entered the phone store, Skye's hand never leaving my waist. Most of the store clerk is looking at Skye giving her a flirtatious look. But she just ignored them and tighten her arms around my waist.

Then a store manager approaches us.

"Chef Baltazar, Your request is ready so please follow me."

I poke Skye's cheeks to get her attention. Then she looks at me.

"Yes, my sweet??"

"How did he know who you are??" I said quizzically.

"I called them, while you're taking a shower." Then she bends slightly to plant a soft kiss on my lips.

The manager leads us to a secluded room then presents us with two matching phones.

The manager hands us the two phones.

"Oh no sorry, im not-" then Skye kissed my lips gently silencing me.

"My sweet, it's for you. I bought two phones so we can match." Then she smiled innocently.

But it's the latest model and it's so expensive.

"But, baby I can't accept this, I already have a phone and this model is so expensive," I said protesting.

"Hey it's ok my sweet, I bought this just for you. Please accept my gift."

I sigh and nodded.

Her smile widens and looks at the manager.

"Thank you, well take care of it from here."

Then the manager just nods and left the room.

I straddle Skye's lap so I can get hed undivided attention.

"Baby, you know that you don't need to give me any expensive things right," I said sincerely.

She wraps her arms around my waist and buried her face in my chest.

"But I thought you liked the phone." She said.

"Baby, I like the phone I just don't want you spending so much money," I said.

"I get it my sweet, it's just I want us to match our phones because I think it's cute." She faces me and pouts.

I press a soft kiss on her lips.

"I know baby, and you're so cute you know that." Then I kiss the tip of her nose.

"Now come on let's check this phone," I said I was about to get off of her lap when she tighten her arms around my waist.

"Nope, you will stay here in my embrace as we check the phones." She said sheepishly.

I grinned and reply.
"Fine."

Then I turned my body so I can face the table and get the phone. I pressed my back against her body. Never leaving her lap.

We checked the phone from its features, apps, settings, and camera.

She pressed her lips onto my cheeks and her hair fall into her face, blocking the sight of her face. I laugh and accidentally hit the capture button of the camera.

I check the picture and we look so cute together.

"Hey baby, look we look so cute in here."

Adeline is sitting on my lap showing me our picture and it's so cute.

"Baby look your such a dork in here." She said and laugh. I laughed as well.

She set her phone to the table and
I lace my slender finger into hers and took a picture.

"Awwww!!! Baby look our hands are a perfect fit." She said in awe. "Can you send me that picture so I can put it as my wallpaper?" She said.

I nodded then i spoke again,

"I will always hold your hand, and never let go."

It may sound cheesy but I mean it.

"You big baby and a sweet talker." Then she captured my lips into a sweet kiss,

I smile while she kissed me and I accidentally hit the capture button of the camera. Our sweet kiss was captured by the camera, but Adeline's face was covered by her hair.

She pulled back and laugh.

She pressed her back onto my body, buried her face into my neck, and sigh.

Then she spoke,
"Skye thank you, for coming into my life. You made me happy and made me feel special."

I kiss the top of her head and reply.

"No Thank you for letting me into your life, we both know that we met conventionally."
We both laugh a little remembering our first encounter.

"You had the chance to push me away, but you didn't. You change me into a better woman my sweet. You made me happy like genuinely happy. And I promise that I'll make you happy and treat you like a Queen, that you deserve."

Then she pressed another sweet kiss on my lips and I immediately respond to her kiss. Our kiss was about to become a sweet kiss when the manager knocks on the door.

"Everything ok in there." He asks

We pulled back and started laughing and I replied,

"Yes everything is alright we will be out in a sec."

"You are a bad influence in me you big baby."

We wrapped up our mess and left the room.

"Wanna eat some ice cream my sweet???" I ask.

She nods and we go to the nearest ice cream shop.

We ordered some ice cream. I bought the vanilla ice cream with caramel syrup and pretzel on top for Adeline. And I ordered the double Dutch with extra cashew.

We took our ice cream and seat on of their vacant seats.

I would feed her from time to time with my ice cream and she would the same.
