Third Person POV

It turned out that Jungkook and his group had a different flight from Bright and Win, although their individual flights were on the same day.

They somehow managed to meet at the airport while waiting for their individual flights.

Jungkook immediately approached Bright.

"Hey," he said to Bright with a wide smile.

Bright smiled back, saying, "Hey. Too bad we're not going on the same flight."

Bright offered his hand to Jungkook but Jungkook ignored it and gave him a buddy hug instead.

"It's okay," Jungkook responded. "We can always meet up again once we land on the island."

"Sure," Bright said. "Gotta go. Our flight is being announced on the PA system now."

Bright looked around for Win but couldn't immediately find him. He panicked for a brief second, before finding him in one corner of the waiting area talking animatedly with Yoongi and one other member of Jungkook's group. Bright later remembered that he had been introduced to him as Jimin.

Bright grabbed Win's wrist.

"We have to board our plane now," Bright said to Win. Then he turned to Yoongi and Jimin, "Please excuse us."

"Sure," Jimin and Yoongi said together.

Before Win turned away, he saw Yoongi make a gesture which meant "Call me." Win nodded to him. Then Jimin and Yoongi went to join the rest of their group to wait for the announcement of their own flight over the PA system.

"You sure hit it off well with that Yoongi guy," Bright remarked as he tossed his carry-on into the baggage compartment above his seat.

"He's a very interesting fellow," Win replied with a smile as he tossed his own carry-on into the baggage compartment.

Bright made a face but did not respond to Win's comment.

Soon they were settled into their seats and soon their plane was taxiing off towards Jeju Island.

A very handsome flight attendant approached them and offered some snacks and drinks from a trolley cart. He reserved a very attractive smile for Win. Win smiled back handsomely at him.

"Oww!" Win complained when he received a painful pinch on his waist from Bright. "What did you do that for?"

"Stop flirting with every attractive person that smiles at you," Bright said with a frown as he unwrapped the small pastry that he had taken from the flight attendant's tray of snacks.

"I wasn't flirting," Win countered. "I just smiled back at him."

Win opened his own pastry and bit into it.

"Mmm..." he said. "This tastes really good."

Win almost jumped when the flight attendant said behind him. "It's called hotteok. You can have another one if you like."

"No, that's fine, thank you," Bright spoke for Win. "He's on a diet."

"Who said ... oww!" Win received another pinch from Bright.

They had just finished eating their snacks and drinking their beverages when they felt the plane abruptly shudder and go up and down.

Bright and Win held on tightly to each other.

"Aren't we supposed to sit next to each other?" Taehyung asked Jungkook when he saw Jungkook about to sit beside Yoongi after they had boarded their plane.

"I don't think so," Jungkook replied, stopping to swipe at his phone screen to check on his e-ticket.

Taehyung did the same.

"What the hell!" Jungkook suddenly exclaimed as he stared into the screen of his phone.

Before he could go into the screen of his phone that had his e-ticket, he saw the terrifying news.

A plane bound for Jeju Island had crashed into the sea.

"Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god," Yoongi and Jungkook said over and over as the other members of their group took their phones to read about the news.
