Mornings are not fun. Peter snores all night after going out on a mission that day. I don't know why I have to share a room with him, I mean there are so many other rooms in the Avengers compound, why am I stuck with Peter? Stark says it's because we need the two teenagers in the same place, otherwise chaos will occur. Are we that untrustworthy? I suppose so, we did both sneak into Stark's lab via the vents one day to steal his blueberries for waffles in the morning. At that time we both had our own rooms connected by a small tunnel that only Stark and I knew about. So maybe we are just that untrustworthy. Now we both share a room that is next to Bucky's room, because Dad says it's because he will be able to hear us go out of our room at night. Personally, I find that a bit creepy, but Bucky is basically my uncle so even if I snuck out he'd let it slide and not tell anyone.

Normally I would wake Peter as soon as I got up, but today I left him sleeping because he looked so cute just bundled up with all his blankets, I'll let Morgan wake him. As I walk down the stairs to the kitchen, the sweet smell of chocolate chip waffles travels up my nose. Excitement bubbles inside of me, because that means Thor's cooking, and he always gives me extra chocolate chips on top of my waffles. I take my usual seat at the kitchen island and Dad places a full plate of waffles in front of me. Turns out I'm one of the last to come in for breakfast, not, not normal, but odd. Most of the time a few of the others come in for breakfast when Peter and I are washing up, but today everyone is here early. They all must have had no missions late at night then. Peter comes in minutes later carrying a still sleepy Morgan in his arms. He sets her down in her highchair and moves to sit next to me, in doing so he steals a piece of my bacon.

"Hey! That's mine!" I say

"Well, it's mine now," he says smirking. Thor places a plate of freshly made waffles in front of him and replaces my lost piece of bacon with more chocolate chips on the small piece of waffle I have left.

"There," Thor says gesturing to my plate, " It's 7am, stop arguing, it's too early."
