A phone rings making me wake up, I look around and find out it was all a dream.

*knock* *knock*

"Come in." I say tired.

My assistant comes holding a box.

"What is this?"

"I don't know it came for you."

"Oh, ok. Thanks."

She nods and heads to her desk. I open the desk and am shocked to see 5 letters each one addressed to them...And inside I find one to me they all were written by Cordelia. but just as I was about to open it...

*knock* *knock*

I look up and see my brother, I roll my eyes and place the box down.

"What do you want?"

"*sigh* Dad's back and he got angry at me."

"Not surprised." I say while sitting down and typing on my laptop.

He chuckles and looks around my office.

"He wants you and the company to collab with us."

"What?"

"He has lost quite a lot of money, and believes if you both collab maybe that will help the company."

"Lean in."

He leans in with his devious smirk.

"TELL HIM NOT SEND HIS LITTLE GOBLIN AT ME!"

He falls down and rubs his ears. I cross my arms and sigh.

"*sigh* Look I love and care about you. However, dad only wants me for money things like this are not as simple as you think. Tell him to bring his ass to me and I might...just might feel sorry and help."

He rolls his eyes and leaves, I ring and my assistance comes.

"Yes, miss?"

"Bring me an iced cold brew, with some hazelnut creamer, soy milk. and add some caramel. Also, bring me some fries."

She nods and leaves. I get back to typing and my mom comes in.

"Heard you nearly made your brother lose his hearing."

I laugh and she hugs me. My secretariat comes and offers my mom tea.

"Oh, thanks."

She takes the tea and I head back typing.

"So your father send him?"

"Mhm. Like always only cares about me when he's in trouble."

She sighs and sips her tea while doing so looks at the box.

"What's that?"

"Oh, forgot about that."

I place the box on my desk and she looks at it.

"Cordelia."

She looks shocked and back at the box I then take out the letter.

"And?"

"She left me and the other letters and a box to give to Slender and his brothers."

Mom starts tearing up. Cordelia was mom's best friend and was always there for her. I hug my mom and comfort her. She wipes the tears off and then my phone rings.

"Mom..."

"*sniff* It's ok. It's just *sobbing*."

I hug my mom and try to comfort her she sits down and I give her a cup of tea. She leaves and I finish off my normal routine, but eventually, I had to read the letter. I lock my office door and open it.

Dear Lilith,

I hope you're reading this and just so you know I, still remember you. And by when you read this I might be gone. After, I left I watched over you and my sons I remember tearing up when I saw you get your acceptance letter. And Slender sure has missed you. Forgive me for leaving. Now, you may be asking yourself... Why did I leave you this? Why do I want you to give my sons this? Well, I trust you. Lilith since you were young I knew your future and how you would end up. Let my sons that each day I always remember and thought about them. I'm so happy for you and hope you keep on enjoying your success. Vive et gaude vitam tuam valorem et momentum cuiusque fove.

I tear up and wipe them off. Cordelia always treated me so kindly, she was like another friend to me. I look at the box and decide to much better head back sooner. So I will go tomorrow.
