Isabella, you sneaky little devil.
Ezreal and Isabella continued walking while Ezreal is full with anger and regret. He couldn't believe what he just heard from his "partner". Ezreal knew that Isabella was going to do this to him not long enough, but he is used to these ridiculous things. Accepting the deal of Isabella wasn't only the reason Ezreal did it just because she won't give him his parents' journal, he also wants to go inside to the ancient temple and to see the Tear of The Goddess.
A few minutes later, they've finally reached to the temple. Ezreal gazed in awe while Isabella wasn't surprised at all because it's nothing new to her. Ezreal had seen the temple before like a few times whenever he visits Shurima, but he never goes inside. He just doesn't want to go and he can't even remember why. Probably it's because he ran out of time or he wasn't really motivated at all.
"Are you sure this is where the Tear of The Goddess located at?" Ezreal asks while he is still looking at the temple.
"What? You don't believe me?" Isabella got annoyed.
"I didn't say that I don't believe you, I was just asking if this is the place."
Ezreal examined the temple. He noticed that the outside has a lot of big cracks. Ezreal got worried that the temple might fall down once he goes inside, he will not survive that. But if he says something about his predictions to Isabella, he will probably made her mad again... as usual. He'll just have to be careful, that's what he thought. Then he looks inside of the temple, all he can see is darkness. No lights at all, not even one. He looks at his gauntlet, shakes and clenches it until it lights up with a bright blue light.
"You sure you're not coming with me?" Ezreal asked.
"That was our deal, remember?" Isabella said while crossing her arms.
Ezreal rolled his eyes and he walked inside the temple. While he is walking, he looks at the top of the ceiling and hopes that it will not fall down to him when he accidentally makes a loud sound or else he will be crushed meat. Then he looks around and he saw many writings on the wall that he is not familiarize with. Huh, has anyone visited he-
"Whoa!" Ezreal shouted when he accidentally stepped a bone of a skeleton. "Oh, it's just a skele-"
Then Ezreal's eyes widened and covered his mouth. He realized that he shouted loud. Very loud. Oh, crap. I hope that's not too loud.
He looks up at the top of the ceiling and nothing is happening... yet.
"Phew." Ezreal sighed heavily and continue walking, hoping to find the Tear of The Goddess as soon as possible before the temple falls down.
Well while he is hoping, he didn't notice that there are stairs coming to his way. Then Ezreal accidentally tripped and fell into his right elbow. He got hurt and tried not to scream, all he can do is cover his mouth and make himself shut up. He stands up while holding his right elbow, turns around and saw a big door right in front of him. Ezreal walks forward and touches the door, trying to figure out how to open it. He looks around if he can find a lever or anything, nothing. Ezreal scratches his head with confusion until he saw a big button at the left corner of the door that was almost camouflage. He walks forward to it and presses it without thinking. Then the door suddenly open and Ezreal said yes silently until he gazed in awe when he finally saw the Tear of The Goddess. He shakes and clenches his gauntlet again to turn the light off and goes inside without thinking. Ezreal climbs down the stairs and keeps walking until he snaps that he wasn't checking if there are any traps. He was pretty excited to see the Tear of The Goddess, but still, Ezreal would've died if he does that again. Although he hasn't notice any... yet so he continued walking and made it to the stairs.
