Jungkook's POV

I sat beside Taehyung and Suzy-sunbae-nim. A microphone infront of us as we look down at our books, reading the scripts. Me and Taehyung joined the entertainment at the same time, though he is older than me by two years. We went to acting class together, and so we are close friends.

"I know I shouldn't have left you in the first place. Please give me a chance," Taehyung cried, according to what was written in the script. "Na In-ah. Please..."

And here I am pursing in my lips at Taehyung's line. I could say the same to Y/n. I know it sounds all pathetic when you're the one who left her, but yet you're the one who's asking her back. Everytime I think about it, my brain goes 'You should've been patient and waited.' 'You shouldn't have said you were unhappy. She was just busy with work, and after that, her attention will be all yours.'

"Kim Byun-ah, I'm really sorry. But I already love somebody else, and I am happy with him," Suzy replied. My heart thumping as I thought, 'What if one day this will happen to me too? Y/n will find somebody better, and I'll be all left alone in despair, watching my love ones be happy with another guy. All I could do is accept my fault and watch them from afar.'

"Jungkook-ssi...?"
"Jeon Jungkook-ssi??"

I snapped out of my thoughts and looked at the director who had a frown on his face. "You're at it again. Always staring into space. How are we supposed to start filming this soon if you always get distracted??"

Why do we do this kind of rehearsal? So we'll get used to what was said in the script, and for it to come out naturally when we'll start filming.

I bowed my head down and apologized. "I'm sorry."

"Okay, continue," the director tutted, clearly showing his frustration. I looked at Taehyung and Suzy-sunbae, waiting for them to start, but got startled when the director tapped the table, "Kim Hoobin, it's your turn!!"

I let out a small 'oh' and looked down at the script. 'Shhiittt.... I was dozing into space for 30 minutes, their scene is already done.'

"What is this all about?! You met up with him again?!" I cringed, the words in the script seeming too much to make it look like a natural arguement. I get it, Hoobin is possessive, blah, blah, blah. But seriously???

"We just bumped into each other! That's it!!" Suzy played along. My eyes drooping in boredom and cringe, and then I realized that I am not liking this project at all. I should've turned this down in the first place. "He's just a co-actor to me, Hoobin. You and I know that me and him broke up long ago!"

"Exactly! You're an actress, he's an actor. You're both famous, and everybody loves you. And I'm just no one. Just an ordinary man, walking down the streets, who dumped into his favorite actress and then suddenly, we're in a relationship," I read my line. Damn, this is hella long to remember. "They know your past relationship with him, and they are waiting for your comeback together. Then what about me, Na In??"

"Hoobin... It's over between me and Kim Byun. And I love you," I frowned. It doesn't sound right. I cautiously looked up at the director and the production team, everybody grinning hearing the words 'I Love You' and you know they're a bunch of hopeless romantics.
