I'm sorry

I was Tony Stark's daughter, I didn't really had powers but my dad was making a suit for me, not to fight with them but in case I needed it to protect myself. 

I was visiting him at the Stark Tower, I had nothing to do and I also wanted to meet the new member of the team, they told me his name was Loki. I've heard bad things about him, but if the avengers were okay with him being on the team that meant that he changed, or so I thought.

I entered the living room, no one was there, I started to walk around the place until I saw someone standing in front of me, his back to me. He had weird clothes, so I guessed that was Loki. I walked close to him, very quietly, I wanted to surprise him. I poke the side of his ribs, making him jump. He turned around, looking directly into my eyes. I smiled a little until I saw he was angry, pointing my throat with a... scepter?, walking fast towards me, making me walk backwards, everything happened so fast, next thing I know I was against the wall, Loki's scepter very close to my throat and Loki looking angrily at me.

-"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you, what is that thing you have there?" I asked, lifting my hands.

-"Want to find out?" He said, his voice scared the shit out of me. He removed the scepter from my neck and touched my chest with it. Everything went black for a little, until I saw a little light, I could see Loki, I could see what I was doing but I wasn't in control of my own body.

Then I started to walk, I don't even know how was this happening. I started to walk to the platform where my dad lands to take his suit off. I was very close to the edge, and when I get to the edge, I turned around. 

-"Hey Loki, have you seen y/n? Tony told us she was coming today" said Steve entering the room with Bucky.

-"who?" said Loki turning around to see them.

-"Stark's daughter" said Steve.

Loki's eyes went wide, he wanted to gain the team's trust but he was about to get Stark's daughter killed. 

-"What is she doing there?" said Bucky pointing at you.

I turned around to look at them, extended my arms to the sides, and let myself go into the messy and tragic death that awaited for me at the bottom.

-"NO!" screamed Bucky, Steve was also worried but they didn't know what to do, they couldn't fly.

-"what the hell did you do?" asked Steve turning to Loki, but he wasn't there anymore. 

Loki's pov

I just wanted to play a little prank on the girl who just entered the room, she poked my ribs so I thought she was playfull. But after finding out who she was, the team is probably going to kick me out and send me back to a cell. 

I jumped, she wasn't close to the floor yet, I hugged her tight, making her go back to herself, teleporting us back to the tower, but not the room where Steve and Bucky where probably going to kill me, so we went to the rooftop instead. 

She was hugging me tight, shaking a little and I think I could hear her heart beating very fast. 

y/n's pov

Everything happened so fast, I almost died, I almost ended in pieces in front of my dad's building. My hands were shaking like crazy, I felt like I wanted to throw up and my heart was almost jumping out of my chest. I just wanted to cry.

Loki put me down, I didn't even want to look at his eyes, I was too scare to do so. 

-"I'm sorry, I promise I will never talk to you again" I said walking to the rooftop's door.

-"no wait, I'm-" was the only thing I could hear him say. Did he really felt sorry? was he only trying to play with me? or did he got scared because I was Tony's daughter?, All this overthinking didn't help me, I started to cry a little. I went to my room and sat on my balcony, not so close to the edge obviously, trying to get my mind to focus on something else so I would stop crying.

-"I'm really sorry, y/n" I heard a voice behind me. I froze. I wanted to cry again. 

-"I didn't mean to scare you, I just thought that you were playfull because of what you did, but I went way too over the edge" He said sitting next to me. A single tear left my eye.

-"oh no, please don't cry anymore" he said wiping my tear off.

-"why don't you just use your scepter on me to control me again?" I said angrily. Still not looking at him,

-"You broke your promise" he said playfully.

-"you almost broke every bone in my body" 

-"I wasn't going to let you die, I just wanted to scare you a little" 

-"oh, pfft, that is so much better, it makes me feel just great" I said sarcastically, standing up to go back to my room. I turned around to the balcony and Loki wasn't there anymore. I sighed, trying to stop my crying again. 

I fell asleep and after a couple of hours I heard someone knocking on my door. 

-"come in" i was too lazy to open it myself.

-"hey, I heard midgardians give chocolate to eachother to say sorry" Loki said entering the room.

I looked at him confused. 

-"why do you care so much about me forgiving you, I thought you never cared about anyone" I said coldly. 

-"we started wrong, and I'm here to be friends with the avengers and help them, not to be enemies with their daughters" he said sitting on my bed.

-"you're not completely forgiven but I'll take the chocolate" I said smiling.

-"All yours-" he said but someone interrupted us.

-"You son of a bitch! what did you do to my daughter?" screamed my dad as he entered my room.

-"are you controlling her mind right now so she can talk to you?"

-"no, dad, he came here to apoligize" i said looking at my angrily dad.

-"I recognize that what I did was wrong, so I bought her chocolate" Loki said pointing at the box in my hands.

-"Just get out of her room" said Tony walking out, waiting for Loki outside.

-"I guess I'm leaving now, I'm very sorry for everything y/n, and if I have to buy a box of chocolate everyday so you can forgive me, I'll do it" He said seriously, I laughed.

-"that's very sweet Loki, it'll be my pleasure to eat the chocolate you'll buy for me" I said walking with him to the door. "And your forgiven" I said smiling, closing the door behind them.
