✨Meeting✨

Bloom's POV

At the castle.

"Mom , Dad" , I said as I rushed to hug my parents.
"Bloom" , they both said.
"I'm sorry , mom I really need a place to stay these days we have a mission to bring back Waves and I was wondering if we could stay here" , I asked my mother.
" Sure , your father the boys to their room and I'll you can escort the girls to yours" , my mother replied.
When we were walking up to the room my mom started talking to us.
"You know that your father has been a bit bored lately so he got an apprentice" , my mother announced.
"How old is he" , I asked.
"I think that he is around 16", my mother replied.
I looked at the girls and they all gave me a mischievous one back all except for Amber who looked confused.

"Is dad hard on him" , I asked.
"It depends , he treats him like a son the poor boys an orphan" , My mom replied.
"What's his name if I may ask" , Stella asked my mother.
"It's Blake I believe , I think that he has a sibling...
"That's Brandon's missing brother , I'll surprise him" , Stella yelled.
"Why that is great but since his always travelling isn't it better for him to stay here" , My mother suggested.
"You should adopt him then , he won't get a better education than if he lived here and plus if father cares for him that much it would be nice for him to have a man around" , I replied with a smile.
"Yes and I've grown quite fond of him too ... that we've reached your rooms can I talk to you a moment Ashley" , My mom asked.
"Sure , but it's Amber Aleisha now your majesty" , Amber replied.
"Oh sorry , I forgot" , the queen replied.

Amber's POV

"Amber I wanted to give you something that you mother gave to me when we went to school" , Queen Marion told me.
"Really" , I asked.
"Yes , let me get it" she said as she left.
I waited on a bench and closed my eyes and when I opened it a boy my age was sitting on it too.
"Hi , I'm Amber , how are you" , I asked the boy. 
"Oh ... I'm Blake , I heard that my brother was here ... I haven't seen him since I was 8" , Blake replied.
"Yes Brandon isn't it , don't worry he's very nice and I bet that you'll hit it off" , I replied
"You're pretty nice for a girl , when I saw you I thought that you'd be petty and act like a Princess" he noted.
"Well I might be one but I always believed in acting nice towards people who were" , I replied.
"I love that" , he smiled.

We talked some more before Queen Marion arrived.
"I see that you've met Blake , he is very nice isn't he" , she said.
"Yes , and polite too" , I added.
"Blake this is Amber Aleisha Princess of Waves and Fairy of Infinity she is one of Bloom , my daughter's friend" , she introduced in the most formal way.
"Well I've got to say that she is very pleasant to talk to and not just a pretty face" , Blake said he was cunning.
I smiled and waited for Brandon to come down , as soon as he saw his brother he hugged him tight and so did Blake , Queen Marion and I then left them to talk while we went on about our business
"You and Blake seem to get along" , she said.
"It was merely small talk your majesty but he sure was polite" , I replied.
"I thought about it and he should maybe go with you and the others , he has been training for almost a year and is as skilled as his brother and I think that it would be great for him to get some experience with the professionals" , the queen said and I totally agreed.
"Well we have to see him in action first and then we can make a decision" , I told her politely.
"I almost forgot, here is the necklace she gave me" , she presented it to me and said " here I am , this is your aunt and your mother's in the middle".
I was so stunned at her beauty that I was lost for words.
"I was at your naming ceremony and your mother was wearing the most beautiful gown and abaya and when they were making prayers she kept looking at you to make sure that you were real , you were her whole world , she loved you so much Amber Aleisha don't forget that" , Queen Marion told me.
"Thank you your majesty this is the best present anyone could ever give me, I'll keep it safe" , I swore.
"She also told me that as long as I had it , I would always be safe" , the queen added.
"Thank you Queen Marion , you don't know how much this means to me" , I told her. 
"She was my first friend , I'd do anything for her which also goes for you" , Queen Marion said as she closed my hand.
I then went upstairs and put the pendant on.
Meanwhile the girls were talking and I gave them the news.
"Hey guys , I met Blake and he was pretty nice and Queen Marion thought that it would be a good idea if he got some experience by coming with us, she said that he's really skilled" , I added.
"I don't know Amber we have to see what he can do first" , Layla said.
"That's exactly what I told Queen Marion" , I replied.
"Well I agree with you two but we have to talk about it with the boys" , Bloom said. 
"Did you girls already unpack" , I asked.
"Yes it was really easy but I didn't know wether to do your suitcase or not so I didn't touch it, but if you do want to arrange your stuff your closets there" , Stella told me.
"Thanks , I have a special way of doing it so it's ok" , I replied.
That's when we heard a knock at the door.
It was Queen Marion calling us down for dinner.
We freshened up , wore some new clothes and went downstairs were we met everyone.
Everyone sat in pairs ( Sky and Bloom , Helia and Flora , Musa and Riven , Tecna and Timmy , Stella and Brandon, Layla and Roxy) , which only left one sit for me , the one next to Blake. 
"Do you mind if I sit here" , I asked.
He turned around and said "no problem".
"I didn't know that you were a fairy until, Queen Marion told me you're full of surprises aren't you" , Blake said.
"Yes I am , in front of you is the most powerful fairy in the entire universe , I am not even kidding" , I joked.
"No way , what can you do" , he asked as I summed up the situation.

One week later

We were at dinner and I decided to help Blake he was too shy to ask about the duel.
I tapped my cup to call for attention and everyone stopped speaking.
"Excuse me , I wanted to know who wanted to face Blake in a training duel tonight at 8 pm".
No one spoke up other than one Specialist.
"I will and I won't be so nice about it" , Riven said.
"Oh you're on" , Blake replied and they shook hands.
Everyone started talking again and I asked Blake if he thought it was safe.
"Riven is one of the strongest Specialists out there are you sure you wanna duel against him".
"I duelled against the King of Domino , I'm not afraid of him" , he replied.
"Yeah but the King of Sparks is old" , I noted.
"Who called me old" , the King yelled out.
No one replied and the room went silent until he started laughing at our scared faces.
The whole room went until a laughing showdown and dinner was finally over.
Blake said that he had ready so I let him be and we went our separate ways.
"So you and Blake look like you had fun" , Layla noted.
"Oh ... he's really nice but I don't see him as more than a friend" , I replied.
"That's what I said about Brandon and look at that rock" , Stella replied.
"Girls , talking and being friends with a boy doesn't mean that I'm going to end up with him" , I told them.
"I second that" , Tecna said agreeing to my statement.
"Anyways I bet you two will end up together before the end of Winter" , Musa said confidently ( winter is a bit longer in the magical dimension).
I slapped my forehead and let myself fall on the bed.
I stared at the ceiling ... hmm me and Blake , Blake and Amber .... Nahhhhh.
Then it hit me.
"Girls the duels in 20 minutes , shouldn't you check up on Riven , Musa" , I asked.
"Yep , and shouldn't you check up on Blake" , she joked.
" I'm joking , I'll see you girls outside" , Musa said as she was reaching for the door.
She left and I sermoned the rest of them.
"Come on girls I can't fall in love with a guy every second , Blake is just friend , he's barely a friend I just met him" , I told them.
"That's what Adrien Agreste said see how it's going for him" , Roxy joked.
"Not you too" , I said alone in this situation.
"Come on cuz , admit it you two would look cute together" , Layla said.
"Maybe but that doesn't mean that we will" , I said reaching for the door.
There was standing Blake , scratching his head.
"Hey I need an escort , it's Domino's tradition and since you're my only friend I thought that we could go together" , he said shyly.
"Oh sure , I guess that I have to change then" , I said looking at my clothes.
"Yes ... not that what you're wearing isn't proper ... it's just that it would be better if you wore something more appropriate ... not that this isn't ...
I giggled at this.
Since I didn't have glamorous dresses I decided to transform.
When I came outside the room there he was still waiting, when he saw me though he eyes lit up , literally, it must've been the light from my outfit.
I might have been wearing boots but he was still taller than me.
"Should we go now" , I asked.
"Yep ... we go ... outside ... now" , he stuttered
"Ok ... cool , but please stop stuttering we're just friends" , I told him.
"Oh ... right ,  just friends , let's go we don't want to keep my opponent waiting" , Blake said.
We walked in arm down the stairs while talking.
"Are you sure that you don't want a different opponent" , I asked.
"Come on Amber , I'll look like a coward and plus I'm not afraid of him" , he replied.
"I'm just scared I don't want you to get hurt" , I told him.
"Why do you care , it's not like we're dating" , he said gravely.
"Maybe , but that doesn't mean that I don't care about you" , I replied harshly.
"So you care about me , do you now" , he asked cockily.
"Don't get any ideas , I care about all my friends" , I told him.
He then stopped and grabbed my chin.
"I'm just a friend to you for now , soon you won't be able to not think of me" , he said.
I couldn't talk I was too mesmerised.
"How bout this , if I win I can take you on a date but if I lose , I won't talk about it even once" , he continued saying.
I was still shocked from the gesture so I let him get his way.
I really hope that he doesn't win.
