Caring can be expressed in many ways...

----

"I'm really bored...." Gojo whines as he twist and turn at the soft covers of his bed.

Being childish like this is not something a teacher must show, but being alone has its perks. However, it does have its cons.

Being alone... Having no one to bother as all the friends he pestered have all ignored his calls, Nanami even went as far as changing his number.

Gojo weakly grumbles as he look at the sky, a scenery that only he knows when he lays down at a specific angle.

His domain was like the vast universe, surrounding his body like an ethereal coat and his eyes were said to be a shade and burst of colours with no possible comparison.

But having the sky before him, is something he truly likes. The world of curses is something that is below him for he is the strongest, just like how everyone told him and as he believes it to be.

Seeing the sky however, makes him realize how vast the world could be and the endless possibilities of a being somewhere who could surpass or stand as an equal to him.

A world above, beyond his touch.

Feeling the sentimentality wash over him, Gojo shook those thoughts away. The moment he let his guard down after all, he might be overcome with emotions.

As the strongest he held a responsibility to claim that ground, firmly sitting at the title given to him.

That is the Gojo's way of life after all.

For they were a great clan, one of the biggest three... A title, a cross that he must bear.

Gojo stood up from his bed, folding it before leaving for they had no servants after all, and Yuuji was not there to take care of the house.

The leaves of the plants are slowly drying, wilting and perched. Gojo sighs as he took a pail of water and he decided to water them.

Tranquility... Peace... Silence... As someone who have lived a life of a sorcerer from the moment of his birth. Such moments are truly rare for him.

The dorm that he grew accustomed to leaving, seeing students grow less in numbers and have co-workers gone even before he knew their numbers. Peaceful moments was a bliss and a curse.

Gojo was still a human being after all, and he craves a feeling of home. Having that dorm on his own, as he stay even longer, he could feel that it was truly now his home.

A place where his students would return and grow.

Seeing the dorm like that, Gojo felt more comfortable as he read a book, a few minutes later his started vibrating at his pockets. Grimace washes over his face for maybe a new mission was asked to him when he had just started reading.

To his surprise, it was Yuuji who called.

"Ah- Sensei! You picked up ^^"

"What is it Yuuji-kun?" Gojo keeps a soft smile as he turns to another page.

The said boy fidgets a bit as he quickly nibble on his bottom lip, and he softly ask, "I thought sensei... Might be a bit lonely there all alone... That was a bit stupid... But that is the reason why I called."

Gojo eyes widen as he felt a bit shock. Worry...?

Why would someone worry about him? He is the strongest after all.

But the surprise care was something he appreciate, "Thank you... But I am doing okay here... Though it feels a bit empty."

Their call continue, as if the fact that they were student and teacher had simply vanish as the small laughter and thoughts were exchanged.

Minutes pass and then it had turn to hours, they felt no exhaustion as they keep on wanting to call and talk. However, the world they had on their own vanish as Nobara call on Yuuji.

"Kujisaki's calling me now... Maybe she needs something..."

"Ah! I guess this is goodbye..."

A few awkward moments of silence as Yuuji then hesitantly say goodbye, parting some intriguing words, "Sensei... Maybe by now my package will arrive there... Ah! In the first place, maybe that person won't even reach the school... I didn't think of that."

"A package?" Gojo asks out of curiousity.

"Yup... Sensei, always buys us treats and packages after all, when you go out... So I thought maybe I could give you some souvenir and something that you may need... Ah! Bye for now sensei, Kujisaki is about to punch me!! Bye!" Yuuji immediately hangs up as Gojo silently stare at his phone screen.

He was not a lad in puberty, but he felt a bit sad to be unable to even tell Yuuji goodbye. After a moment of sulking, he stood up as he try to find the delivery man Yuuji had told him about.

After 30 minutes of seeking, he finally found that person appearing in front of him in a surprise as Gojo sign the package from the bewildered man. Heading to the dorm immediately as he try to contain his excitement.

The contents of the box was a bit simple, marbled candies, postcards and an eye medicine?

Gojo sighs as he felt confused at the gift, first he picked the postcards, wondering if Yuuji only bought this from the local market...

The longer he looked at the pictures, he soon realized... It was not a simple postcard, it was the world at Yuuji's eyes.

The skies and the grasses, he realized that it was the view in front of Yuuji as he notice Panda in one of the pictures.

As someone who beared the power of the Gojo clan's power... Gojo never got to see the world through the eyes of a normal person.

The second sincere thing he noticed was the colour of the candy marbles, they looked like his eyes... Blue and green in colour beautifully mixed into one, glistening and sparkling.

And then the medicine had a note, "I was told that when you use your powers, your eyes get strained... So I hope these can alleviate the pain (・∀・)"

Gojo sat there in place before propping one of the sweet marble candies to his mouth, he kept on eating the candies as he softly hug the jar. Keeping a sweet smile at his face, a hue of pink dusting his cheeks as he playfully sigh, "This is too sweet... Just where did he bought this?"

Gojo looks hopefully on the sky, as the stars seems brighter than how it was before.
