Jennie had to leave early because she promised her cousin, Hanbin, that she'd treat him some chicken. Jennie was really getting comfortable around Jisoo when they we're talking, but as much she wanted to stay more, she couldn't because of her cousin's bothersome chicken desire.
As soon as she got home, Jennie called from downstairs, "I'm home! Hanbin, get down here!" Hanbin is currently staying with them till his mother returns from the states, he is treated as family and is always welcome in their home. Jennie was relieved that she could still put up with his annoying and arrogant attitude.
"Hanbin!! where the hell are you? I bought the chicken!" Jennie called him again after hearing no response.
The brunette walked upstairs to her room and immediately found Hanbin laying on her bed, wearing the new headhone she had just bought the day before. Jennie approached him and took off the headphone.
"What the-" Jennie smacked his arms before he could complete what he was about to say.
"Ow! Jen, what's wrong with you?" he said, brushing his now-reddened arms away from the palm of Jennie's hand.
"Who told you to stay in my room and use the headphones I just bought yesterday?" she chastised, but Hanbin seemed to be distracted by something else.
Oh.. the chicken. Jennie thought.
As he smelled the hot cooked chicken Jennie ordered from Ms. Jung's Chicken to-go, she could practically see him drool.
"Unless you move out of my room, you're not receiving any food," Jennie said.
"Ugh fine. But can we watch movies together please?" Hanbin pouted causing Jennie to give him a disgusted look.
He's older than me and yet he acts like a kid.
"Alright, let's get you to watch the ABC's big baby," Jennie teased.
"What the F Jen, what do you take me for? A two year old kid?"
"Something like that," Jennie laughed before going out of her room and made her way downstairs as Hanbin followed her.
They spent the night talking and bickering while watching Disney animations. Hanbin had ate all of the popcorn before the movie even started, so Jennie had to go to bed annoyed. Hanbin had also spilt orange juice all over their freshly cleaned carpet. So Jennie had to clean it. Hanbin offered to help, but Jennie was too irritated to accept his offer.
During his stay, Hanbin is staying in the guest room which used to be Jennie's modest library and study area. Just as much as she liked dancing, Jennie also enjoyed reading books since it made her feel as if she was in another dimension watching the two main characters fall in love.
As for now, Jennie just decided to close her eyes and fall asleep but something seems to be bothering her.
Kim Jisoo.
She wondered if Jisoo got home since she left the older girl there. Something about Jisoo just caught her attention. She remembered that time when she was watching Jisoo sleeping in detention. Her beauty was something else, it's one of a kind that she had never seen before. Her lips that resembles a heart shape was something Jennie really liked about her.
She had only noticed the girl at school sometimes however, they never really got to talk.
—
Jennie woke up from the loud sound of knocking coming behind her door. She shrugged it off and continued her slumber.
"Jen!" She heard the very familiar voice of her annoying cousin.
"Jen!!"
She ignored him.
