PAST MEMORIES,THE NOVEL,AND MY DEATH(PART 6)
"WELCOME YOUNG LADY.."
[A/N; So I decided to put 'YOUNG LADY",instead of Master because the Masters are Ian and his older brother."
A voice of an AI greets Karlina.
"YOUNG LADY,PLEASE MOVE FORWARD AND PLACE YOUR LEFT EYE ON THE SCANNER."
Karlina followed what the AI voice said and let her left eye get scanned.
"IDENTIFICATION CONFIRMED!,I'M SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE,YOUNG LADY. YOU CAN NOW USE THE ELEVATOR."
The door opened and Karlina went in,and it immediately closed by itself.
"THE GREAT MASTER SAID TO RELAY THIS MESSAGE ON YOU."
The AI said and the small monitor above the door went on and played a video.
" I'll be waiting for you,A-15."
And with that, the monitor went off again,and it started going down.
This is the main underground hide out of the organization.
Every building around this company was all owned by the organization that Gilbert Ford's family have been handling for generations to generations,to make it simple,the Organization is actually a Mafia,and Gilbert Ford is the Mafia Boss.
And since all the buildings around the company belongs to the Organization,all of it has a secret passage way to come down at the underground,and since this is the main base,only authorized persons like Karlina can come and use the secret passage way,and there's an AI that is connected to all of the passage ways,to confirm their Identity.
It has 3 floors,the lobby,the meeting room,and Gilbert's Office.
*TING!*
"WE HAVE ARRIVED AT THE LOBBY,YOUNG LADY."
The lobby is actually a mini-room for every secret passages,with someone waiting for them to give them their masks to wear and hide their Identities,this is also used for unauthorized persons,and blind fold them and guide them not to wonder their eyes of the structure of the basement for it not to get leaked out to the enemies.
The elevator opened and the first thing Karlina so was a man wearing a full plain white mask,holding a small pillow,in top of it, was Karlina's Mask.
A half-mask,with the color of the Galaxy and butterfly designs on it.
Karlina went out of the elevator,and walked towards the man who carries it and grab it to wear.
After wearing it,Karlina said thank you,and the man just bowed and Karlina started walking.
Actually,all of the persons who wait in the lobby was all orphans who has lose their eye sights,and was adopted by the Organization,along with them are deaf to help each others.
Karlina opened the door and saw Ian wearing his half mask,with a tiger strips as the design and he was waiting for her.
"Let's go?" Ian asked and Karlina just nods and they both stared walking through a very long way towards to a staircase that leads into the meeting room.
After they reach the meeting room,Karlina knocked on the door two times.
*knock,knock*
"Come in."
After she heard it,Ian opened the door for her,and she walked first while Ian closed the door.
At the edge of the table,she saw a, man wearing a black mask sitting on the chair, behind him was a guard,and that guard is a deaf that's why its fine for him to guard the man.
'I guess, he was the newbie…'
Karlina thought and look at the man with an scary aura at the other edge of the table,and it was Gilbert Ford.
He's wearing his full mask,with a lion design of it.
Karlina and Ian went on their own sits after they bowed to greet Gilbert.
"As you can see,the man sitting in front of me was the first rank of both the exams and trainings,and I will give him,his first official mission."
Gilbert said and Ian immediately stand up to introduce himself.
"Hello,I am S-18,and you most already know,which field I am and my ranking based on my name."
"YOU ARE S-18? WOW!! You are very popular on the training Camp specially to those kids who idolize you!"
He said with so much admiration.
"By the way,I'm Dosies,a newbie to the Information Gathering Team nice to meet you S-18!"he took his Ian's hand and shake them aggressively, but he immediately let go of it and apologize.
"I'm sorry I guess I just got way to excited.."
"It's fine,plus just call me Ludd,it was my name before receive my ranking."
Ian said and just scratch the back of his head.
"Ah by the way,That's a-15,but you can just call her, Hael. She's always quite like that so I'll just be the one who'll introduce her,sorry."
"It's fine,plus I heard lots of rumor about her being quite,plus… I'm so blessed that the two famous people on the training camp is going to assist me on my first official mission!"
Dosies said and can't hide his excitement.
"Ahem!, Are you guys finally done introducing yourselves?"
Dosies and Ian nods and Ian went back on his sit and Dosies sit down.
"Those Folders In front of you contains a very basic info about our target…"
"So Dosies,as your first Mission,is to find lots of useful information to our target,and you'll be assisted with A-15 and S-18 on this mission. Is that clear?"
"Yes,SIR!" Dosies stand up and bowed while Karlina and Ian just observe him.
"Good,you can go now."
Gilbert said and he sign the man behind him to cover his eyes and escort him and they left the room.
"So…he is actually an spy?" Karlina asked while still looking at the brown folder containing Dosies life information.
"That's right,but we don't know who he works for,and that's your mission,find out who he work for,3 days from now on."
"This Mission,will start in 3 days right?,so that's why you send us instead of the Information Gathering team…After we finally know who he works for,we have to kill him,on the spot." Ian just nodded his head,and looked at Karlina.
"No wonder too,why would you invite him to come here,when you can just send a letter."Karlina said and closed the folder and stand up.
After Ian saw that he stands up too.
"Well,what can I say?,I just wanna see this new spy that the enemy send to spy on us."
Gilbert said and just shrug.
"I'm going back now." Karlina said and bowed. And turn her back and started walking.
"I'm going back too." Ian said and chased Karlina.
"Karlina."
Gilbert called and Karlina looked back.
"Don't forget to have a rest okay?,and have some regular check up too."
Gilbert said worriedly on his sit.
Karlina just nods her head and turn her back once again.
And started walking towards Ian who's waiting for her at the door
"I guess,I'll just go there tonight.."
