"ah i see well let us go then i shall escort you to the academy myself i have already contacted the dean for ya" tatsuya said as he led me through the facility that the dantalion was based in it had become my temporary home we exited to the airpad and tatsuya whistled when we saw it

"an attack shuttle and a top of the line arrow class at that her majesty is not taking any chances which is a good thing come" tatsuya said
we boarded the shuttle that was quite roomy for an attack shuttle
"roomy isn't while it's classified as an attack shutter do to it's armaments it's more appropriate to call it an escort shuttle" tatsuya explained as we sat down i was confused
"no straps" i asked
"our ships are way to advanced to need them you'll see the bumpiest part will be the lift off however afterwards inertial dampeners will do the rest" tatsuya explained we lifted off and were on our way and tatsuya was right it was a very smooth ride it reminded him almost like flying with the nirvash he was actually starting to miss the nirvash quite a bit
"i have a question that has been bothering me" i asked

"do the index arms have to be used by one particular machine" i asked he eyed me for a moment but smiled
"no the index arms are connected to the pilot so whatever he is piloting will be able to use the index arms" tatsuya said i smiled this meant nirvash could use them as well i had hoped to not have to use dantalion do to how ridiculous it was
"however you wouldn't be able to use the index formula unless in the machine your bonded too however it is also possible to be bonded to more then one unit just unlikely" tatsuya said i nodded
soon we saw the ship that would take us to the academy
"wow she really isn't taking any chances with a leviathan class battleship" tatsuya said whistling yet again

"welcome aboard the artemis i am captain kiriko kawata i hope your trip was pleasant lord inquisitor and sir kawashima" kiriko said smiling brightly
"it was very pleasant and i am sure it will continue to be so with a leviathan class battleship" tatsuya said the captain smiled
"i do hope so as well" kiriko said as she escorted us personally to the ships bridge she walked up the platform towards her chair
"would you like the seat lord inquisitor" she asked me i shook my head
"i'm good with standing this is after all your ship" i said she smiled as the rest of the bridge crew looked on at me
"i'm afraid we all will insist lord inquisitor" the captain said she had heard of him the ace inquisitor even in the two weeks he had been with the kingdom he had truly shown his kindness helping any in need in actuality the reason the artemis was the escort ship was simply because they volunteered
i looked towards tatsuya who shrugged i sighed as i sat down in the captains chair the bridge crew all smiled towards me as the returned their attention towards their stations
"alright let get underway bring the FTL drive online" the captain ordered out
"FTL drive already online captain" the helmsmen called out
"if you would give us the go ahead lord inquisitor" the captain said and yet again all eyes were on me i was beginning to really like these people
"execute" i said hearing my order they all did as told
"that's new" the captain said
"i thought it might be" i said with a smile as we were on our way
