Maya's Desire

Mayako's POV:

I'm sure that Daishi was very furious with me. Her face was practically red. I didn't want her to yell at me, but I wanted her to know how much I liked this girl and how I wanted to be with her. I just hope she doesn't change her mind about talking to Osoro about me being a delinquent.

"Mayako, what were you thinking?"

I sighed. "I was thinking ...I really like this girl so why not?"

"That's not how it works. You know nothing about relationships and you don't know the kind of fire you're playing with. I'm looking out for you! I love you! What if she's trying to get in your pants? Then what?"

"I don't see that with her Dai...She looks at me like the way Lime looks at you. It's the most beautiful thing ever."

Daishi paused, kind of shocked at what Mayako says.

"...Does she really?"

I nodded.

"Yes, I can see it's just more than what she wants of me. I can see she really likes me."

Daishi put her hands on my shoulders.

"I'm sorry...I'm just scared she'll hurt you and you'll go off and do something."

I knew why she wanted to protect me, but I wanted to show her I'm tough and can handle my own.

"No one could ever hurt me. We're strong like mom."

Dai smiled.

"That we are honey. Now go get dinner and do what you have to do before bed. I'm gonna take you to meet Osoro tomorrow."

My eyes lit up and I hugged my sister tightly.

"I love you sis."

"I love you too kiddo."

Morning

Mayako's POV:

I was more than excited to meet Osoro today! I don't know how to act! Dai caught me dancing around in my room though and stood there for a good 2 minutes before startling me.

"Someone's excited."

I jumped. "How long were you there for?"

"From the time you started singing and dancing." She replied, laughing.

I faceplamed.

"Of course you did happen to walk right in."

She laughed even harder.

"Osoro waits on no one so hurry and get dressed. Hanako is also downstairs. So get a move on."

I nodded my head and Daishi left the room after hugging me. Hanako was yelling my name, so I threw on my uniform and brushed my hair before heading downstairs.

"Did you really dance in your room?"
She asked laughing.

I shook my head and Dai happened to walk by and say "Yes she did". I playfully hit her shoulder as I laughed and grabbed my book bag, ready to go talk to Osoro.

Daishi's POV:

I don't know why I was so nervous for my sister and Hanako to meet Osoro but I was. Maybe 'cause my experience was bad. We all remember...Anyways, I hope it ends up being a good meeting.

I know Maya was waiting to see that girl too. The way they were locking lips...I didn't know that Maya even LIKED girls let alone knew how to kiss! I always thought we had a close bond, and I hope she isn't afraid to open up to me. Mom and I have always been accepting of anything, so why wouldn't she say anything? Maybe she's experimenting? I don't know. I guess I'll have to talk to her and see where her head is.

We were approaching Osoro and the other recruits. She was standing there with her arms crossed. Maya & Hana were excited, I knew that. Their eyes lit up. Maya's girl toy was here too and I saw Lime as well just smiling. She knew I was nervous as hell and saw right through me. Osoro smirked and looked them both up and down with her arms crossed...I was kind of scared for what she was gonna say, knowing her, you'd never know.

"So, y'all wanna be delinquents huh?" She asked with her arms still crossed.

Mayako and Hanako nodded, still excited but definitely had their serious faces on.

Osoro smiled. "That's so cute. Little Maya wants to follow in her big sister's footsteps."

Maya saw me cross my arms and give a glare at Osoro. I knew if she tried anything with my little sister, it would be a fight head on. But Soro knew not to try me.

"And I see that small little Hanako doesn't wanna be a baby back bitch saint like her brother." She chuckled.

Hanako was getting a little angry. She didn't want to ruin her chances of getting into the group but she absolutely HATED when someone talked down on Taro. Hanako cleared her throat before speaking. Mayako was scared for what she was about to say, but knew that she had every right for what was about to be said.

"I'm going to need you to leave my brother out of this. You're here for me and Maya no? Leave Taro's name out of your mouth."

I snickered and Mayako gasped, Osoro smirked and bit her lip.

"Let me ask you, do you think that's the correct way to talk to me? When I'm doing you a favor?" Osoro sneered.

Hanako sighed. "Listen, I thought it would be cool to be a delinquent but I'm not going to allow any and everyone of any club or posse to disrespect my brother. This "club" isn't worth me allowing you to diss him like he's not my flesh and blood.

"Then leave, your little friend here won't get in either then." She shrugged.

I was extremely angry hearing this, I knew how much this meant to Mayako and Hanako and I wasn't going to let Osoro crush this for them.

"Now Soro that's not fair and you know that."

Osoro glanced at me and rolled her eyes. "Was I talking to you, Dai?"

Mayako balled up her fists, opening her mouth to say,

"It wasn't anyone else she was talking to." Mayako said in a nasty tone.

Osoro then walked over to Mayako and lifted up her chin, but then I came between them both.

"You know what? you two go to class, I'm not having a repeat of Lime beating your ass again."

Mayako and Hanako did as they were told, a bit sour from the encounter with Osoro.

I frowned and looked at Osoro. "What the fuck is your problem?"

"You have a lot of nerve-"

I cut her off, slapping her hard across the face, the other delinquents stood there, shocked face that I would even slap her like that.

Osoro was shocked herself, she looked down at where she was holding her stick, she raised it but I grabbed it, absolutely furious.

"This clearly isn't for me, you think because you run all of this shit that you get to act the way you do and I'm not standing for it. You can have whatever the fuck this is."

And with that, I took off my mask, dropped my bat, and headed off to find Taro.
