Don't Go Outside

Chapter 3

The footsteps kept getting louder. 

"We need to get out of here!" Julie said. 

"I know! Let's try and escape through the window! A little fall is better than being shot, isn't it?"

"I mean I guess..."

"No guessing, we just need to do it! Quick! You go first!"

Julie climbed out the window, and then Jane climbed out of the window. 

After they got outside, they heard the man trying to open the door. 

"We need to get to the police station!" Julie said

"I know, but it's too far," Jane replied, then she saw their bikes. She told Julie to get on her bike and follow her. 

They started riding, but then they heard a car coming. It was the man. 

"You can't run from me girls!"

"Yeah, we know! That's why we're biking!" Jane shouted. 

The man stopped and thought about that for a second, but then he realized that they were getting away.

"Do you really want to know who I am?" he said "If so, my name is David."

The girls tried to ignore him, and just focus on biking, but the man was way faster in a car than they were on their bikes. 

"We both know that you're going to get tired at some point! Just stop now, and have some lunch with me!"

Finally, he caught up with them.
