After watching the sunset, you went back home to eat a proper breakfast and shower.

You also found a note on the kitchen counter,

'hey kiddo,

gonna be out for a while, I'm running errands for the boss, not really sure when I'll be back but here's some money Incase you wanna go out and get something. have fun!

-Dad'

You smiled and headed up stairs.

Once you got up to your room, you opened the door and was immediately bombarded by boxes. You glared at them for a while until you finally felt the motivation to unpack, which took a while, but it happened.

...............

Unpacking took a long time, but you did half of it. Checking the time, it looked like a few hours have passed.

You made your way down stairs to the kitchen to retrieve a snack but remembered you had none. Deciding it was best to go shopping with the money your dad gave you, you exited the house and started your journey to the nearest store.

On your way to the store, you saw a dude practicing volleyball by himself, which peaked your interest because you used to play in the girls team back in America.
Thinking it would be weird if a random girl was watching a guy play volleyball, you didn't say anything and continued walking to your destination.
...............

You exited the store with three plastic bags full of snacks and candy... both of which you told yourself you wouldn't buy. But hey, you did get all the ingredients to make one of those frog cakes from Pinterest.

'Just why did I buy all this stuff... now I'm struggling to carry all this back home.'
You thought to yourself, muttering a few curses under your breath.

"O-Oi! Watch out-!"

Your eyes widened and-

SMACK!

A volleyball hit you square in the face.

"Ow! What the hell!" You rubbed your nose.
Your eyes found the guy who was yelling at you to watch out, he was kinda tall and lanky with blue hair. Glaring at him, you pointed a finger at him, "watch where your hitting that ball!"

The boy huffed and glared back at you, "your the one who was in the way."

Your jaw dropped at the audacity of this man, "Excuse me!?"

"If you would have watched where you were going, you would have noticed I was playing volleyball here."

You were ready just to beat the crap out of this guy, setting down your groceries and about to walk towards him.

"Tobio~ lunch is ready!- oh, who's this?"

An older looking woman popped out from the back door of their house, she looked a bit surprised to see someone else back there.

"It's no one, mom-"

"Oh goodness! Your nose is bleeding! Are you ok?"

You blinked for a second, touching your nose and realizing that, it was bleeding. Then you looked back at his mom, "uhh, I'm good don't worry."

His mom looked at you in worry, "stay right there! I'll be right back."

And she disappeared back into her house while you and the boy awkwardly stared at each other.

His mom came back shortly with some napkins in hand.
"What happened?" She asked while handing you the napkins.

You slightly glared at this 'Tobio' guy, "well, he threw a volley ball straight to my face."

"What!? No I didn't! She got in the way of my practicing." He retorted, scowling at you.

His mother gave him a disapproving look, "Tobio, apologize right now."

He huffed and reluctantly apologized.
"S-Sorry."

"There we go! Now we are all on good terms, haha!" His mother laughed and pat his back aggressively.

You picked up your groceries, "thank you for your help, miss?..."

"Kageyama." She smiled.

You grinned, "thank you, miss Kageyama!"
