Idek how to introduce it. Using the name Alex but like, if I do a part two I have an idea on how to introduce the name Quackity. Enjoy fuckers.

Alex lay in the flower feild, taking in the silence around him. He was bored, of course he was. His brother had recently left home to pursue his studies, so Alex was left at home.
Of course, George said he would write home, and Alex was looking forward to exchanging letters with his elder brother, but it just was not the same.

Alex's cat, Tiger, found her way towards the boy resting amongst the flowers, and plopped herself down next to him.
"Oh Tiger" Alex said, a deep sigh escaping his lips. "If only you could hold a conversation with me, I am sure you have so many things to say to me. You could tell me so many secrets, be my personal spy"
Tiger simply looked at him, a small mewl escaping her mouth.
"You know, in my world Tiger, I would understand what you just said to me, we would talk endlessly! Oh and George would be there, he would not have to go do his stupid studies"

Alex sat up, and plucked one of the flowers. He examines it, a thought creeping into him mind
"Flowers would talk in my world to. I think they would have a lot to say and talk like those posh old people that come round to visit father"
Alex chuckled at the idea of a garden flower giving out about simple things like the weather and the cost of fancy clothes like he had seen others do.
"Tiger, I actually think in my world everything could talk, all the animals, all the items, oh! Wouldn't a talking mouse just be charming!"

Alex was often told he has a big imagination by his father. Personally, he did not see it. He just liked to think about the possibility of things that are not real. Alex thinks that life would be a lot more fun if the things he thought about were real.
"Tiger, I think you would talk like the nice woman down by the bakery, the one with pink hair. I think you would also wear an apron. Maybe you could make raspberry tarts! That would be amazing"

Tiger seemed to be distracted by something, but Alex had not noticed, so he kept on talking.
"And we could find more cats, make a whole cat bakery! All of the cats would wear aprons and little boots and bake. And they would all be my friends!"
Alex marveled at the thought of cats baking all sorts of sweet treats. A small laugh left his mouth. He would have to tell his father about this at dinner, he would love it.
Alex was still thinking to himself when he heard a rustle comming from a nearby Bush.
Tiger was inspecting it, cautiously sniffing the bush.
Alex was about to call his cat back, when from out of the bush, came a rabbit.

Alex stood up abruptly. This was no ordinary rabbit. He was wearing a waistcoat and held a pocket watch in his paw.
The rabbit looked at the watch and mumbled something.
"Oh my, look at the time! I am going to be dreadfully late"
The rabbit quickly ran off, chanting about how late he would be.
Of course, Alex ran after the rabbit. He was curious, its not everyday that you see a rabbit in a waistcoat.

"Mr. Rabbit! Please slow down, I would like to talk to you!"
Tiger followed Alex as he chased the rabbit through the feild.
"No time to talk, I am running late! Goodbye" Alex heard the rabbit say.
"What are you late for Mr. Rabbit?"
But the rabbit did not answer. Instead, the rabbit dived into a nearby rabbit hole, disappearing from view.
"How peculiar, this wasn't here yesterday right Tiger?"
I simply cannot have been here before. Alex had trekked this way the day before, and there was not one sign of any rabbits or there homes.

"I must get a closer look, the hole cannot be to deep in the ground if it's only new, come on Tiger"
Tiger followed him towards the rabbit hole, and Alex crouched down, pushing his head through.
"Hello? Mr. Rabbit?"
Alex climbed in further, his small frame being able to fit through. He was squinting, trying to find the shape of the rabbit in the dark. He feels around the ground.
"Tiger, I don't think he is even in here! Maybe there is another tunnel"
Alex moved in further, he heard Tiger mewl at him.
"It's okay Tiger, I am.gonna find him, and he can come home for tea and father can-"
Alex cut himself of with a yelp. He had fallen into the rabbit hole, but he had not stopped falling. He looked up as the entrance to the rabbit hole slowly got further and further away.

He was falling slowly. He watched at Tiger walked away from the entrance. Stupid cat. Alex looked around him as he continued to fall. There was floating furniture all about. Tables holding colourful glass bottles, chairs with more detail than Alex thought was possible to carve. There was massive book shelves, bigger than Alex had ever seen before. George would simply adore them.
"I wonder" Alex thought out loud. "That if I keep falling, maybe I cpuld end up on the other side of the world. Where they walk upside-down and eat strange foods"

After what felt like hours of falling, Alex finaly reached the ground. He looked around, and saw the rabbit running towards a door. With a blinding light, the rabbit was replaced by a tall man who had dark, curly hair with two rabbit ears sticking out from it.
"Sir! You must tell me where I have fallen to!" Alex yelled at the man, but he got no response, the man simply opening the door, muttering about how late he was, and banging it closed behind him.
Alex ran to the door, trying to pull it open, but it was locked. He looked around the room. There was a glass table sitting directly in the middle.
"That was not there before" Alex mumbled to himself. Maybe it was there before. Maybe his mind was playing tricks on him. He walked over to the table. Placed on top was a key. It was made out of dark metal, and felt cold to touch.

Alex walked back to the door with the key, ready to chase down the man. He jiggled the key about in the door, but it did not click. This had to be the right key. There is no other way to open the door. Suddenly Alex hears a voice echo through the room, startling him.
"Hello there"
Alex searched for the source of the voice, before his eyes fell on the door. It had a face, the door had a face and it was smiling at Alex.
"Well, are you just gonna look at me or are you gonna tell me your name?"
"Oh, uh, my name is Alex"
The door moved its eyes, how was this even possible?
"Well, Alex is not a very fitting name for you is it?" The door asks, its voice sounding skeptical of what he was told.
"Umm, what?"
"Just look in the mirror behind you"

Alex turned around, and there was a mirror, one that most definitely was not there before now. But Alex had no time to worry about that, because what he saw in the mirror was to shocking.
He was wearing a dress. A blue one, with a white apron, and a black headband in his hair. This looks like something his girl classmates would wear! Not him. Alex turned, and looked at the back of the dress, but what he was instead almost made him let out a shriek of shock.
Sitting on his back were wings. Small, yellow wings. Alex gasped as he managed to flap them about.
The door let out a small chuckle.
"Are you sure your name is Alex? You look more like a duck"

Alex chose to ignore the outfit and the wings for now, he turned towards the door and started to ask it questions.
"How can I open you?"
"Why?"
"I need to see the rabbit who turned into a man"
The door looked deep in thought, before laughing.
"Well, i know of a man who turned into a rabbit, poor fella, he will never be the same again!"
Alex sighed.
"Look, door, can you just like, open for me? I need to get through"
The door stopped its laughing, looking at Alex.
"Well, you must answer three riddles correctly to get through me"
Alex smiled, he was great at riddles!
"Okay! Let's go"

The door chuckled, before begining to speak.
"What begins with a T, ends with a T, and has T in it?"
Alex grinned. "That one is easy, its a teapot!"
The door smiled.
"Yes, now onto the next one. You purchase me to eat, but never eat me, what am I?"
They cannot all be this easy. These are the kind of riddles George used to tell Alex when he was still a child!
"That ones cutlery"
"Well done, this is your final riddle. I have thirteen hearts, yet no organs, what am I?"
Alex had to admit this one was harder. He thought for a moment. Thirteenth hearts, but no organs?
"This riddle is simply impossible!" He says to the door.
"I think you mean implausible, nothing is impossible"
Quackity groaned as he continued to think about the riddle. God, if only George were here! He knew everything about riddles.
Thirteen hearts, no organs.
Then it hit him.
"A deck of cards!

The door grinned.
"Well done! Not many people make it through my riddles, you may enter"
It swung open, revealing a forest. Alex walker through, the door slamming behind him, and disappearing from sight.
Something about the forest was off. The trees seemed to tall, and the grass to green. Butterfly's floated around his face, their colours brighter then Alex had ever seen.
Laughter floated from within a clump of trees. It would not hurt to follow it, right? He might find someone who can tell him where he is.
So of Alex walked, into the forest, hoping that whoever he finds will be able to help him.
