28. Go Back to where she had dead.

Sooyoung said seriously, "Take off Erika's clothes first."

Yoong and Sooyoung quickly took off her surgical gown and cap only to find her face was ghastly pale. Yoong was so worried that his eyes turned red. "Erika will be fine, right?"

One of them picked up the surgical gown on the ground, while the other hurriedly carried Taeyeon to the emergency room, even ignoring Yul who had just been wheeled out of the operating room by a nurse.

Seeing Sooyoung bringing over a girl covered in blood, a surgeon who had just returned from the operating room to the emergency room whined in his heart: what's wrong with these people!? One was covered in gunshot wounds and almost died, and here came another one who was covered in blood...

Did they just come back from a battlefield?

However, he dared not to say anything but instead hurried to ask Sooyoung to put the girl on the hospital bed. 

He examined Taeyeon only to find there wasn't any wound on her, so he frowned and said, "This patient doesn't seem to be injured."

Sooyoung shouted, "What's on her body is just red paint! Come on, check why she's in a coma!!"

The corner of the surgeon's eyes twitched. This is obviously human blood. How can you say it's red paint? Mr. Jung, you're just talking through your hat! But since he said it was red paint, then it was red paint. He was just a doctor, not a detective...

Anyway, there was no homicide in City A today, right?

Complaining in his heart, the surgeon took a stethoscope and carefully examined Taeyeon. He was momentarily stunned by her beauty upon seeing her face, before he then continued to examine her. It was a while before he said with a frown, 

"This patient's body has been hollowed out."

Yoong had come late. Hearing this, he frowned and stared coldly at the surgeon as he asked, "What do you mean?"

The surgeon frowned. To be honest, he could not explain it, but what he could say was... "There is nothing in the patient's body... Of course, I don't mean her internal organs are gone, but that the strength in her body is being drained by something, or to be exact, her body is failing at a tremendous rate. Do you understand?"

Yoong and Sooyoung were shocked. Erika did tell them that she was a fairy, but they had never believed her. 

If Erika was a fairy, how could she have been bullied so terribly by Jung Jun-ah? Today, they witnessed her ability with their own eyes, and they finally believed that she was a fairy... Did Erika become like this because her power was exhausted?

"What can I do to save her?" Sooyoung asked in a cold voice.

Yoong said, "Try every possible means! You must save her! Whatever it takes!"

They would feel guilt if Erika were to die like this, and Yul would definitely kill himself even though Erika had tried so hard to save him. They didn't want to lose two family members at once!

Sooyoung and Yoong thought of their parents at the same time. If Mom and Dad found out that Erika was in a coma as a result of saving Yul they would feel so much guilt.

"I can only give her an infusion, but nothing else." The only thing he could do now was to give this girl a glucose infusion because she wasn't injured at all...

"Do something to prevent her organs from failing!" Yoong and Sooyoung shouted at the same time.

The surgeon shook his head. "She doesn't have organ failure. I don't know how to explain it to you. The only thing you can do now is to wait, okay?"
